Just learned of this great family friendly farm to pick blueberries and I wish I had known about it before! I brought my niece and nephew here and they loved it. Located in the Warwick Neck area, there are some parking spots on the grass and along the street. We went on a weekday morning and there were a lot of families, but there are so many blueberry bushes, so you don’t feel like you are bumping into one another. The staff are friendly and they provide buckets and plastic bags for the blueberries. The price is really reasonable too — $ 2.50 per pound for anything under 10 pounds. I would definitely go back, as the blueberries were sweet, plump, and delicious!

I’ve been coming to this farm for a few years now and have never had a problem. The people who own/work it are not the most gregarious people around, but they’ve never been rude to me or my children. The website says they welcome«supervised children.» Obviously, if your kids are going to run around and stomp through the bushes, it’s probably not a good idea to bring them. I’m absolutely disgusted that a business would kick a baby out for crying, but again, I’ve never experienced a problem. They provide the buckets to pick in adult and child sizes. They also have a frequent pickers card where the more you pick, the lower the price. The prices are already pretty low to begin with. If the people who own/work there were just a little warmer, this would be a five star review. But they’re not there to make friends, they’re there to sell you delicious berries. Try it! Just don’t bring a baby with you.

We love to come by in July every year to pick our own blueberries on this lovely farm. The farm is really well managed and very kid-friendly. They provide a card to record the weight you pick and provide discounts once you cross a certain level. They also feature water for those hot days. A RI Summer classic — the only question is what are you going to do with all the blueberries you pick? We freeze some every year to last through winter.

GREATTIME will be had by all at this place! This is by far one of the best local«pick your own» farms. Make sure you bring a hat and be ready to spend a couple of hours. The price is about $ 2 a pound and you are welcome to eat as you pick. The staff is super knowledgeable and they have free water and a port-o-potty in case you need to use the bathroom. Kids and adults alike will enjoy this detour.

Best fresh blueberry picking around RI. I love the flyer with tips and recipes as well. Less than $ 20 for 9.6lbs of fresh blueberries :) First thing in the morning, it is so peaceful! Loved every second of it. Two hours flew by in the blink of an eye.

Blueberry Pancakes anyone? Yum, there is nothing like fresh blueberries by the buckets to make your mouth water. I first discovered Rocky Point Farm at the end of blueberry season last year. I was impressed then, but blown away today when I went mid-season. There is no real parking lot so it looks rather busy but once you are in the patch you feel like you are the only people there. The patch supplies the buckets for you to pick and you have free range of all the rows of bushes. Within minutes my 2 children were declaring themselves experts at finding(and tasting) the best blueberries out there. This is a great place for families or single pickers alike. Once you are amongst the bushes it seems almost peaceful and therapeutic We only stayed about 20 minutes but in that time we picked close to 3 pounds of yummy berries. The price is so reasonable and they reward you with a frequent shopper card. The more you buy throughout the season the cheaper the price becomes. We paid $ 2 a pound which is VERY reasonable. Already we are making plans to return to the patch next week!
