Worst ever idea to coming here to get my car detailed, i should of just sucked it up and drove to triple play in Attleboro… smh well went to get my car detailed last week spent $ 30+ on what looked like someone just filled my car with water then opened the door to let it out.
Everything looked the same. My dash was shiney…(awkward face) but my seat are still dirty no stains have been removed. Even thou it was only $ 30 i at least expected it (seats/​floors/​handles) to look better but it didnt.
So i guess i learned my lesson.
I give this place 1 star because the OK free vacuums (when they work)

I had my car detailed here after my dogs made a huge, stinky mess in my car. I had an appointment so I wouldn’t have a long wait, but I had to wait anyway. I’m guessing they took walk-​ins because it was a Saturday. The staff was nice and I’d say my car was 90% clean. I found some stuff under a seat when I got home and also realized that since the cloth seats were still slightly damp for 2 days, the little spots they missed didn’t show up right away. That said, the rest of the car looked nice and new

Went to get buffed and got waxed instead. Not good at all. Bad customer service. Truck still dirty too. Met with regional manager and was refunded money .All not lost

Paid for the $ 23 car wash, and the results were certainly disappointing. The car is still dirty — definitely not worth the money.

The fact that they clean the interior of your car for $ 11 makes me a fan, this is one part of owning a car that I hate is cleaning the inside! I usually get a basic outside wash at $ 8 then have them do the interior, 3 people work on it at once so it isn’t very time consuming. They have a great waiting area that you can stay and watch them wash your car and grab some snacks. Overall the job they do is good, there were some streaks on the front window and the panel but it was really clean and smelled great! Totally worth the trip.

My car was washed fine the interior looked great however the employee who drove my car up into the cleaning garage was TEXTING, he looked up ONCE. That is not his vehicle, and it is illegal. He continued texting throughout the time my cat was being cleaned. Very unprofessional service.

Good news, sad news!
GOOD NEWS: Today’s executive detail (BEST. BIRTHDAY. GIFT. EVER.) gave my 07 Honda CRV a «showroom» clean and shine. Exterior buffed and waxed, complete interior detail and ArmorAll from boot to bonnet (to borrow a Britishism). Looks nearly brand new again – think I’ll keep her another 8 years (she IS a Honda after all).
Based on this detailing experience, which demonstrates Scrub A Dub’s capabilities far beyond just a car wash, I’ve upped my original review rating to 5-​stars, despite my heartbreak at having to report what follows.
SAD NEWS: I learned that Tom, manager of the Warwick location for as long as I have been a customer, has washed his last New England winter-​ravaged vehicle and is moving to Florida. Can’t tell you what a super friendly and customer-​focused professional he is. Every company can only hope to have an employee brand ambassador like Tom. He will be sorely missed.
Heads up, ScrubADub owners – you’ve got big shoes to fill. Customers are watching. Do us proud!

I just recently joined the unlimited «Scrub-​a-​Dub Club» and I have to say, it is definitely a sweet little luxury! I didn’t opt for the better packages so the wash is very essential and doesn’t always remove everything, but that’s why they have the small service station before you enter the wash. There you can grab wipers for spots that may have been missed and even small trash bags for your car. I’d recommend this service to my friends but I don’t know that I’ll keep it for an extended time. Also, be wary of the line during lunch hour and after 5:00.

Had an exterior car wash a week ago. After the wash the windshield was gritty as well as the exterior of the car. This grit was not on the windshield when we entered the wash. Did they spray something on that caused this? Also had the under wash and rust inhibitor, so have to wonder how effective that was. Will have to have the whole process done at another car wash.

Visited after seeing a promotion on the back of my Stop & Shop receipt. Signed up for the unlimited ‘express’ (basic) wash for $ 10 the first month and $ 15 for subsequent months. The basic wash is typically $ 8 so it’s not hard to quickly recognize the benefits.
The woman inside the store as well as the gentleman running the car wash were very polite. Signing up for the unlimited plan was easy and took less than 5 minutes.
I felt the wash did a decent job, especially since I have a black vehicle and it was covered in pollen and dust. The wash is not touchless but it doesn’t use those rough bristles. Instead its a fabric that cleans the vehicle. Even with a new car, I felt comfortable with this. After all, the touchless systems don’t do that great of a job and if I were to wash by hand, it would take more than an hour and something would be touching the vehicle anyway.
I plan to return weekly for the next few months. When fall comes, I’ll decide if I want to keep my membership for the winter or not. Might not be a bad idea to go through a few times to wash the rock salt and sand that finds its way all over cars during tough New England winters.

The owner of the business messaged me and offended to have it fixed. I appreciated that.

I had my car detailed here by J.R. and it came out great! Smelled good and not a spec of dirt to be found. He was a little late in starting my car because another one came in late, but I didn’t mind.
There is a waiting room within a convenience store with some stools so you can watch the team as they work on your car. And if you need some junk food it is all around you.
I would definitely go back to have my car detailed here again in the future. Good prices!

Awesome place to go to get the car cleaned or detailed. Had a nasty stain in my new car and I tried everything to get it out– they got it out in 5 mins. Prices are super reasonable too!

Best car wash for the money! Go with the monthly basic unlimited wash for only $ 15 a month. You can go as many times as you want and get more than your money’s worth. My car has come out perfect every time and has gotten me through the winter without loosing my mind because of a dirty car. I have yet to try the $ 8 detailing but I am definitely going to.

I bought the Groupon that ScrubaDub was offering for three The Works washes. Figured I couldn’t go wrong for the price. Went in to use the first one today and get the winter grime off on a beautiful day. Decided to buy the $ 8 interior cleaning too since the inside was dirtier than outside.
Drove the car through the wash and everything seemed good, but when I got around to the interior area they said that I was going to have to take it through again because there had been some problem. They pointed out a hazy film on all the windows (which I had noticed already) and said that was the issue. There was a bit of a wait for the interior cleaning, but it was well worth it. I don’t think the inside of my car has looked this good since I bought it last year!
I took the car back around through the wash again and the window film was gone now. Trouble was the interior cleaning had already been done so there was nobody to wipe down the outside and windows again like they had the first time. Not a big deal as I had a towel in the back.
After I got home I was looking at the car in the sun and discovered a problem. There were fine surface scratches all the way down the passenger side of the car and on top of the rear view mirror. I was very sure that these had not been there before the car wash today, so headed back. The manager looked the scratches over and said that he was positive there was no way the car wash could have caused them. His explanation seemed reasonable, but I really don’t have any idea what else could have caused them. He then said that he would go ahead and have one of his detail guys buff out the scratches because he wanted me to be happy. In about 20 minutes all the scratches had been buffed out and everything looked like new. They clearly didn’t have to do this for me and I really appreciate the fact that they did. This is the kind of service that creates loyal customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Best service at an incredible price. $ 8 for exterior express wash (average price for auto wash) and for an unbeatable $ 11 they will manually wipe down, vacuum, and clean the interior. I’m always satisfied with their excellent service.
Exterior wash is not necessary to purchase the $ 11 express interior cleaning. 2 to 3 men work on your car. Fabric floor mats are mechanically patted down to remove dust and waterproof mats are rinsed off. Floors and seats are vacuumed. Windows, dashboard, and interior walls are wiped down. Extra charge for additional detailing for all the stains and sticky stuff on seats and such recommended if you are trying to sell your car or have a special date planned. Pricey, but the car is spotless after they are through.

No stars. They scratched my 49k car with their buffing rags. When the manager came out he was rude, was talking over me saying it was not their service that put the scratches there. At one point the manager was screaming at me two inches from my face. Their service is costly and you don’t expect to be treated like apiece of diet when you are a consumer. Especially by the manager. Called the district manager to complain. He was just as rude and unprofessional stating he had to believe his manager because he wasnt there.

I’ve decided to review the Scrubadub, because I think that coming here a handful of times might mean I like the place. The employees are friendly and fast.
Now some of you might be reading this and saying, «why don’t you just wash and vacuum your own car and save $ 40.» But, to me coming to the Scrubadub is worth it. I save about half a day’s worth of time, that I could be spending running other errands. And these guys clean areas I can’t/don’t think of to get to.
4-​stars and don’t forget to tip a couple bucks.

Unfortunately I did not have the same wonderful experience as Martha Y. I dropped my car off for a $ 90 detail this morning and they called me back within 30 minutes saying it was finished? That was odd to me as most car details take a little over an hour? Came back to my car looking great! Although upon further inspection I found that they just did a quick wash and vacuum. My wheels were filthy! I went back in to bring this to the associates attention and she informed me that if I was unhappy that I could get it up to specification around the corner at there «perfection cart». So after coughing up just under $ 100 and complaining I was told to wash my own car? I will make the effort to go to a locally owned reputable wash such as «So Fresh and So Clean» next time where they actually put in some effort.
