So Fresh & So Clean

The So Fresh So Clean on Park Ave is very good. They are very attentive to the cleanliness of my vehicle. They do get crowed at times and you have wait but it is well worth it.

These employees did a good job actually cleaning my car, but their attitudes were rude. If you have a groupon or something to get your car washed here for cheap, go ahead, but if you have to pay full price go somewhere else where the workers are friendly. Workers here seemed to hate their jobs and took it out on the customers.

Very disappointed with my inside and out wash. While I was waiting I chatted with a woman who said they had been working on her car for 20 or so minutes and they did a great job. While mine was being washed a large truck and a few other vehicles pulled up and I felt I took less priority and my car got rushed. It wasn’t vacuumed well, they didn’t clean the interior at all and I felt like because I was using a Groupon I got sub-​par service. Will not return to this location.

Disappointed with this service today. I’ve had my car fully detailed in the past which means you touch and clean every surface– including console and all books/​crannies. Today, I show up at the first appt. of the day, and was greeted in less than ideal manner — ok fine, personality isn’t your strong suit.
I was called earlier than expected which was great, and when I got to pick up my car the outside was nice and shiny. However, my wheel wells were filthy still. I was told that my floor mats were still wet so they wanted to put them in the trunk to dry– which was still covered in sand and leaves– never touched. They said «oh let us vacuum it real quick.» … Ok. Then as I look at the floor mats one still has stuff stuck to it.
I open my consoles which I had specifically emptied to be cleaned — never touched. Full of dust and dirt. Dust still on my vents etc.
If I am spending even $ 70 on a fully detail (your package words) I expect a Full Detail. I would not recommend returning to this place. 2 stars only because the outside didn’t totally suck.

Used a Groupon today for a complete detail (inside and out) and WOW! Amazing work. My car (a toddler mobile) was so crumby and sticky… It looks better than when I bought it!!! Every surface and crevice gleams. Couldn’t be happier. The posted hours (8am to 8pm every day) don’t really seem to be accurate but call ahead of time. We dropped off the night before and it worked out just fine. So happy with this service!

I often bring my car here or my buddy sunset in east providence. If you are in a hurry here’s the place to go. I give it 3 stars because although they get the job done… they tend to overlook the little stuff. Also management team could definitely be a little bit more professional. But 10 $ for outside with tire shine why not!

Came here 2 weeks ago and I was so happy with the results of my ‘inside out’ wash. They took excellent care of my car. I have dogs and they vacuumed my car so thoroughly you wouldn’t even know they’ve been inside it! Even my door jambs were washed and hand dried! They were friendly, courteous and took their time even though it was close to closing. I’ll be coming back here again for sure.

Their door and their website say open 8a-​8p, but I have tried two days in a row now and they are not. They were closed at 4:45 Tuesday, and again today at 3.

for $ 20 i gots my car did up right…
you get a vac + quick clean inside/​outside— took 15 minutes— they wash the outside including rims! Not too shabby. It’s not a full on detail but it gets the job done + for that price? ya can’t go wrong. There are other items you can add to the $ 20 base for extra but if you just need the basics

if you want your car so fresh + so clean clean + you don’t want to do it yoself — this is your kinda place!

You can spend some money here or get the basics. Whatever you pay you’re getting your money’s worth.
Friendly service, a great job on my car and it only takes about 10 – 20 minutes depending on how busy they are.
So Fresh and So Clean really is my only car wash.

$ 20 and well worn every penny for a complete wash inside and out. It took hem under 10 minutes to complete. Manager was very personable. I will be back!

These guys are great. I came in to have my car detailed, because the dealer I bought it from just couldn’t get it right.
For $ 85 they did EVERYTHING. Dashboards, vents, seats, mats, seat belts, windows the exterior ect…
They also washed my husbands car for only $ 10
I didn’t have cash tips so I ran to Dunkin’ Donuts and rewarded them with Hot Chocolates, and a bag full of Chocolate Chip Cookies… They seemed to love it.
What an old lady I am…
