I ordered a grande iced coffee with milk. What was given to me was the equivalent of a small iced from Dunkin Donuts. I told the barista I ordered a grande and her response was, «This is grande.» And these guys charged me $ 2.87 (after tax) for it.
The only thing saving this place was the fact the coffee is great and that the employee offered me a larger size. Although, I’m not sure how she would manage to do that if she claimed what I ordered was the biggest. But I liked the fact she offered to do something in an attempt to resolve my disappointment.

Staff is excellent and friendly. They always get my drink right and if my experience is not perfect they make it perfect by giving me a gift card for my next drink. I love this Starbucks. The staff makes it excellent!

This is my office away from office, the staff is always friendly and sincere. Even though this is one of the smallest Starbucks around — there is always room to sit. The only negative is the food is pricey

This is a nice Starbucks location… no doubt about it. Cozy wall bench complete with electrical outlets below the seats for extended visits. You wont find as much Sbux merchandise here, and unless you get a seat further back expect that beautiful sun to hit your eyes. Outside patio complete with wooden furniture looks really enjoyable once warmer weather arrives.

We love the atmosphere here!
Service, food and beverage is as expected. Doesn’t standout but completely acceptable.
If you go during «off hours» you can really enjoy yourself here. My daughter and I plan time to sneak away and spend an hour or so there just to chat or even just read. Can’t do that at a Dunkin Donuts LoL.
It can get crowded and noisy (this is a small Starbucks), so be sure and choose your time wisely.

Great Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct. There’s usually never a very long line either which is good if I’m in a rush.

This is the only Starbucks location that I have problems with. Each time I ask for an iced coffee, I request very little ice (light ice) and they always fill the cup ¾ full with ice. It drives me crazy… I’m never going back there again.
Its not like I am making a complicated request, I’m just asking for very little ice in my iced coffee… seems simple to me. Whats the point of ordering a venti or trenta iced coffee if ¾s of it is ice?

I’m in this particular Starbucks every single day. I rarely have had an issue and if I have, they’ve rectified the situation immediately! The drive thru is convenient and on weekday mornings when a certain lady is there, very efficient! The baristas and management are always kind to my children and myself. I even left my gold card there and they’ve called me to tell me! Service has been above and beyond on so many occasions! This is the best store in Warwick!

I agree with other reviewers that every Starbucks is not created equal! Every time I have been to this Starbucks, I am greeted by friendly, helpful baristas. I LOVE the drive-​thru, as trying to lug two young children in and out in a timely manner can prove to be a challenge most of the time. There have been two times that I have gotten the wrong drink-​once I was given both drinks («make someone else’s day!» said the barista… and I did!) and the other time I was given a card for a free drink the next time I visited them. I always feel appreciated here, and that makes me happy! It’s nice to get a smile instead of a growl first thing in the morning like some other coffee places give me. And the coffee is always yummy! Going here may cost a little more, but it’s worth it, in my opinion!

I can’t believe anyone can say anything good about this StarB’s! The service is horrible, slow and even if there is a long line they don’t try to help. It seems like there is always extra people working but no one pays attention to you. I walked in and the person at the counter walked to the back room. And I had to wait until the girl at the drive thru was free. And if you want dark roast, forget it.

I have been here a few times and they are always incredibly nice! I went to the drive through window and the girl was so friendly, she even suggested adding lemonade to my berry hibiscus refresher and proceeded make a small sample of it for me! The service was a refreshing experience, as it is a rarity to have someone so engaged in today’s service industry.

All Starbucks are created equal? Heck no! This Starbucks is truly special. I have only done it on a drive through basis, and let me tell you they are SO NICE here! Like beyond courteous; clear, and quick. The only downside, which has nothing to do with Starbucks, is the busy street bordering this location can make for a pretty tricky get away.

I just wonder into this Starbucks a few days ago by chance and I assume it must be relatively new because I never noticed it before. It’s on the small side so it is easy to miss.
Even though it’s not large, it has all the amenities of a typical Starbucks. Nice clean bathrooms and soft cushy chairs to plant your butt in while pigging out. The coffee was hot and extremely fresh and the apple fritters I got were exceptional tasty. It even has a drive through.
What really amazed me about this particular store were the two young ladies that worked there. They both had a head sets on and were working the window but also managed to deal with the walk in costumers without missing a beat. All while being efficient, friendly and pleasant. Amazing multi talking. The only negative is that the store has a small parking lot that is difficult to get in and out of. The whole Hoxie area is always congested.
