Decent, run o’ the mill Subway. It’s situated on a busy stretch of Post Road just near TF Green Airport. Headed here to feed a «starving» six year old soccer player. He loves his Subway sandwiches. I bought the famous«five dollar foot long» ham and cheese, with lettuce, tomato, pickles and honey mustard on the cheesy bread. It is your average quality, Oscar Meyer-like sandwich meat that looks to be prepackaged and loaded in the bins behind the glass. The great thing about Subway is that they do give you many varieties of bread to choose as well as toppings and condiments. And they don’t charge you if you load up the sandwich with every single one of the standard veggie/pickle selections. The counter and prep areas looked spotless and service was quick and friendly. You really can’t beat buying a sandwich for your child for dinner with veggies for $ 5 that is large enough to leave a half as the main staple of the brown bag lunch the next day. It’s a good, somewhat healthy fast food option for dinner on the run with kids…

Employees are always nice and happy to make your sandwiches. Unlike some other Subway locations, I’ve never had any problems here.

Eat Fresh, am I right? Cannot go wrong with $ 5 foot longs, that is two meals for me. This location has been very good to me they always have chicken salad(which is my go to sandwich and not all Subways carry it) and they are generous with the toppings that I ask for. Perfect little lunch stop. Reliable, lots of options, fresh bread and veggies. Yum.
