Don’t do it. My eybrows were finally growing in nice and thick. Now they are sky high and pencil thin. Stay away!

One girl is excellent but it is not fun being the practice dummy for a new employee. I understand everyone needs to learn but when it feels like your face is being ripped off… she should practice on the person who hired her. Also — if you go, do the girls a favor and please tip with cash ONLY.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for ten years now at various locations in RI. I have been to Sukhy’s in Pawtucket and Seekonk before, as well as this location in Warwick one other time. I was a faithful client of Panache for years (close to my home at the time) and am now devoted to Smiley Eyes in East Greenwich.
Today, because I am in a pinch and couldn’t go another day with these grizzly brows I went to Sukhy’s on Post Rd because it is 5 minutes from work… so I took a ride on my lunch break. What a mistake!
Never, in ten years, have I been handled so roughly where a half hour my brows are still red and I am bleeding! What a terrible experience. The woman absolutely manhandled me, didnt bother to check for symmetry, stray hairs, to trim the length with scissors — nothing! Just ripped through 10+ hairs at a time with no regard for my skin. I was cringing, crying, and so upset I just wasted 10 bucks on this and I will have to go back to Smiley Eyes in a week to have my brows re-​shaped because she destroyed what I had going.
She was the only one working, besides a way too loud and talkative stylist in the back. There was a steady stream of women coming in on lunch, but that is no reason to blow through client’s in record speed (seriously, 2 minutes). That is some terrible customer service and sub-​par work. Never ever again. Ms. Sukhy herself should be incredible disappointed that one of her studio’s is producing this kind of work.

I wish I could give this place no stars, been there twice and the second time was worst than the first! I walked in 3 hours before they closed and the girl said she was going to close so I apologized and said I could come back she huffed and said no ill do it. A customer should never feel like a bother especially when you shouldn’t be closing 3 hours early with no sign. I will never waste my hard earned money on this place ever again and neither should you. I recommend the girl at the Warwick mall she is sweet and does a fantastic job!

Based on the ratings on Unilocal I decided to check this place out for a bikini wax. The woman did a very thorough job — but she left a lot of wax! She cleaned up a bit but she left the room giving me baby oil and some time to clean myself up so she could attend to a walk-​in. I have never experienced something like that before and will not be back.
To address someone else’s question. yes, they do use roller but the rollers are disposable so they only use one per client.

This is my go-​to place to trim down my favorite little greek unibrow. No frills, sparse environment with parking, no wait, and comfortable chairs that recline well even for a 5’9″ frame. I have to give a special shout out to the thread they import from India, which is higher quality and much less irritating than I’ve experienced elsewhere.
My friend goes here for her bikini waxes because they are so affordable, and so I tested them out with a simple arm wax, for my favorite whiskered forearm. While it was fine and relatively cheap ($ 20 for lower arms), they only use roller ball applicators. Not sure how those get sanitized between uses, so precede with caution on what you wax :).
The salon says they also offer cuts, etc — but I’ve never seen a stylist working behind the chair. If you like dermalogica you can get it here as it’s the skin care line they sell. If you want it used during a facial I would ask for it, as I haven’t seen those bottles in the esthetics room.
