Wow wow wow, what an awful place. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The General manager Thomas is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. They installed a hitch and wiring kit on my SUV. I picked up the car, drove 100 feet, and the whole left side of the car shorted out. I went back, long story short. Thomas the «general manager» who is extremely hostile, rude and unprofessional, told me to go have it fixed somewhere else and they can’t do anything about it. So now my $ 70,000 car is ruined because of carless workmanship. Save your self a major major problem and go get it done at a real shop. The only guy there that knows anything above the ground is Alex. Talk to him if you ever end up stranded at this POS dump.

I have dealt with this location exclusively a number of times. I have had good success in my experiences. I believe they are much more cost effective than Enterprise for a van (you can look into that and see the drastic difference in quotes.) I am scheduled to rent from this location this Sunday at 9 am and am fully confident the experience will be like my previous, professional and courteous.

so i need a trailer hitch and i do online quote. i called person gave me same quote this is great. i get a call 15 minutes later i need to bring my truck in to determin a price (Oh Really) so i go in and they change my quote to 120 $ more. why because the truck is not off the show room. There not very knowledgable there. I called you uhaul in east providence just for fun and they installed my hitch for the price they quoted no questions asked. The manager at the oakland beach location is very ditsy probably shouldnt hold such a position. never the less will not be coming here not even to fill my propane any more
