Villa Del-Rio Apartments

The actual apartment common areas are not well kept, I have lived there for over a year and I don’t think the cob webs have been removed from the main stairwell. They will take every chance to charge you extra money, they charged us extra in rent a couple times and when I brought it up to them, they apologized because their computer had been charging the wrong amounts. We paid whatever we were told we owed, and they called back and said they made the corrections and we had a balance that needed to be paid for their own mistake! The first time we came in most of our light bulbs went out within a week, and our toilet was leaking. I went into the office, and they said we are responsible for the light bulbs when we had only just moved in! They attempted to replace the toilet but they could not find one that fit the bathroom we had. The paint is messy and sloppy, and no one at the office wants to help. There are new people coming and going all of the time. It is definitely not a place we want to live anymore. Absolutely terrible!
