Unfortunately I discovered this great place after being in an accident… But I am so grateful I found them! It’s apparent that the staff really cares about their customers, as well as about getting you through the process: they work with your insurance & assessors & call you every step of the way, giving you great peace of mind. I was put in a very nice, new rental while my car was being fixed. (I wish I could have traded up! Lol.) They fixed my car quickly & returned it detailed, thoroughly cleaned, & in better shape than it was when I bought it! I will happily return, for any of my automotive needs.

Great family run shop that cares about you! I have been a customer for 9+ years and have never had a problem. Oil change to collision work I have had done and they do all the paperwork for your insurance company to get you vehicle back ASAP. Thank you West Shore Collision you have a customer for life!
