The doctor is very nice but the receptionist are very rude and unprofessional, they don’t know how to confirm appointment the day before and when you do call they rush you off the phone. The only reason why I gave him one star was because the doctor is nice

The one star counts for dr wolfgang he is a really good doctor. Otherwise the secretaries are really rude and didnt have any appointments for me until a month.

I like Dr. Renken. He’s nice and funny. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because of the secretaries. One of them is a little rude. But besides that, I love this place. Good selection of glasses. One of the girls helps you pick out glasses that look the best on you. I went to a place in Bakersfield that I thought would be better but they didn’t even do that. They seemed impatient and like they wanted me to leave. Not here, the girl will take her time until she knows that you are satisfied.
*I had to lower my rating from four stars. I had been going here for years and would always complain about dry, gritty eyes but I was just told to buy eye drops. I moved so I had to go to a new optometrist. I complained about the same thing but she actually took a closer look at my eyes. She used some kind of dye and a light and found that my corneas were damaged. If they had taken my complaints a little more seriously here, the damage wouldn’t have been as bad. I now have to see a specialist about this as I have scarring and scratches*
