Don’t use this company for any appliance or heating/​cooling repair! This is a scam artist company. This company is run by Dakota McEvers who last I knew worked at McDonad’s. He has ZERO appliance repair training. His mother and father-​in-​law are Rhea Jackson-​Dismang and Edward Dismang. They have operated various appliance repair companies: A Plus Appliance Assistance, A Plus Appliance Repair, Dismang and Sons and The Appliance Guys. They have extensive criminal history and the Illinois Attorney General is currently taking them to court for fraud. Dakota McEvers worked for them! Dakota also has a criminal history. The whole group is in on the scam — STAY AWAY!!!
