I have worked with several trainers in many gyms and Robert is the only one both my husbans and I have happily stuck with for over a year. I am now far better toned, more fit and trim and definitely stronger than I have been in many years. Robert varies the workout with many ever-changing mini-circuits and does a brilliant job of combining strength training and cardio. While he is very demainding and pushes me farther than I ever thought I could go, he does so in a smiling, warm and gentle way that is in stark contrast to most other trainers. I highly recommend Robert as a terrific trainner for all ages, style and ambitions.

«I’ve used a couple of trainers before working with Robert. He was by far one of the most knowledgeable. He was excellent in working with me around some physical challenges I’ve had due to past injuries. His calm, almost professorial approach and manner was a change of pace from other trainers — and a welcomed one at that! But don’t let the calm exterior fool you. Robert put me through some of the most physically demanding workouts I’ve ever had. And I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. I can absolutely recommend him without reservation!!!»
