Buyer Beware — do NOT use this moving company!!!
We had scheduled a couple of movers to help us unload a truck directly into our storage unit. After calling the driver and the owner (Lavelle James) repeatedly, and being told they were «just down the street» or «right around the corner», they finally showed up TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. At that point, we had assumed they were standing us up so we began moving by ourselves and had half the truck unloaded when the driver showed up.
Look elsewhere for moving help if you want someone who is professional, responsible, and a man of his word. You will find none of those qualities in Lavelle James and ASAP Moving & Hauling.
