Excellent location, good communication with management, and they allow pets (cats and dogs) which is hard to find in this area. The building is a historic building and is very cute inside with hardwood floors throughout and clawfoot tubs in some units. I’ve been very happy living here.

Washington, DC
This building offers an unparalleled location and large units with hardwoods throughout. The management team is phenomenal as well. They are always so quick to respond and remedy any/​all issues. I love the charm of this building, but keep in mind with any old building the walls/​floors/​ceilings are very thin.
