Extremely disappointed with the service. I had a headlight out on my Honda Civic, so I called Autozone to ask if they would have time to replace it for me. The guy I spoke with said «no problem at all! Just come over any time and we can take care of that for you.» I thought «great!» And told him I would be there in 20 minutes.
When I arrived, there was only one customer in the store who had already paid and was leaving as I got there. The first employee I spoke with helped me locate the type of bulb I needed, and told me to speak with the other cashier who would install the bulb for me. When I walked out to my car with the second employee, he condescendingly told me that he couldn’t replace it for me because it «would take him all night» and his coworker was inside alone.
First off, it’s not as though my car is fancy or rare — it’s a Honda Civic — so I can’t imagine why it would take him all night. Secondly, the whole reason I called in advance was to make sure they had time enough to replace it for me. If they didn’t have time, they should have just said so and I would have saved myself the 20 minute drive across town (or gone elsewhere). Lastly, the excuse that his coworker was inside alone was just that — an excuse. There was literally no one else inside the store other than his coworker and a security guard playing candy crush on his iPad.
I will not return to this Autozone in the future. I ended up leaving with a lightbulb (that I could’ve purchased cheaper online) and without a functioning headlight in my car. 2 thumbs down. What a waste of time.

In and out… Got a bulb for my tail light. Gentleman working the front found the bulb I needed and even came outside to my car to make sure I could replace the bulb. Really nice man. Good start to my morning

I was extremely happy with my experience especially because I was in trouble and got there just before the rush of everyone else having battery problems – must have been something in the atmosphere! Anyway, Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and drove out with a working battery. Thank you Thomas! Oh yes, the place was clean and neat.

Inner city auto parts store, so it is always busy. I have been pleased with what I have gotten there, the prices are very good on auto parts, the shelf items seem as pricy as anywhere else.
This is just down the street from a new Walmart, which I have not been into, but I was wondering if that took business away, but this store still seems as busy as ever. So the counter staff must be good. The guys I have worked with all seem to be very competent and helpful.
Large parking lot, and it is always pretty full, but I have never had any parking issues.

Very nasty, rude experience. Visit only in an absolute emergency, and at your own risk of having your blood pressure rise to dangerous levels. Otherwise, avoid this store!

This store is crap. They never have what you are looking for. The customer service is nonexistent. Buying the smallest item will take forever due to slow checkout. The staff will give you a load of attitude. Terrible. Go to a different AutoZone…

seriously. this place is a shitshow. only go here if you are in dire need of something at that moment. the customer service here is redic. save yourself the stress and drive to the suburbs.

Do not go here unless you are willing to spend lots of time in line. My third visit, just as frustrating as my first and second. One line is for ordering and exchange, the other is for paying. Unfortunately, the one person in the ordering line was on the phone apparently taking a large order. There were 8 people in line, no one was moving at all. Finally 2 people left in frustration, and another employee came to help staff the line. She said customers are always complaining about the lack of efficient organization. So, i ask, why not reorganize in a way more favorable to customers? In the meantime, i will go elsewhere. They don’t deserve the business.

Parking lot was not too clean. There was a lot of trash around in the parking lot but this store did have exactly what we needed. We had tried a couple of other places that did not have it, so I guess we could deal with the couple of minutes of be parked in debris.

parts selection — 4 (they have the everyday things that you would need for your car, however if you really need something specific, they might not have it.
location — 2 (not near a metro, and the neighborhood is kind of shady, but not too bad)
store interior — 4 (well kept store, no complaints)
affordability — 3 (in line and cheaper than a lot of places that deal mainly with car parts and accesories but a tad higher than places like target, wal-​mart)
service — 2 (service is nothing special, but service in auto parts stores rarely are)
