I really don’t like putting folks on blast but because of the poor service I received I felt obligated to do it so others won’t have the same experience. I was perplexed with the $ 89 diagnostic fee I was charged when I already told them what the problem was with my car (and yes, after the diagnosis, they realized it was exactly what I told them it was). Not to mention the arrogant attitude of the front desk attendant (no name mentioned). After having my car for 2 days for a job that should’ve taken no less than an hour and a half, I drove it home only to find out one of the things they said they fixed wasn’t. I took it back to get fixed 2 weeks later because the original problem happened again. Well, once again, after picking my car up for a second time, the car stalls out on me again. Needless to say, I will NEVER use their services again.

Posting this review is at least something I could do for I CANNOT sue them OR they will call 911 on me. The other mechanic outside AYT is replacing brake pads, rotors and tires I paid AYT to do in less than a year.
This is very, very real and down to core hurtful. Especially, I am a very low-income resident in the Trindad area to bring in my car with the money I have.
I have been going to them for me to apologize that I no longer recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to AYT. I am so truly sorry.

I’ve had AYT bookmarked for forever and finally needed to use them. I had an awesome experience.
Jamie is awesome. He is friendly, patient, and explanatory. Sometimes I feel super awkward at garages, but not here. And the prices are extremely reasonable and quotes accurate. My car was ready sooner than expected.
And while AYT is a bit out of the way, I’d rather go somewhere that I’m comfortable with and feel that I am being treated respectfully. And where my baby is treated well, too.

Good honest quality service was provided here at AYT. In fact they competently fixed an ongoing issue with my car that was created by another mechanic’s ineptitude. I (and my non leaking, quiet car) couldn’t be happier.
The service writer (Jamie) offered very good customer service. Overall I was impressed and would return in the future.
