The service was nothing to complain about, but I was less than impressed with my milkshake. Craving some sugar, I decided to mix chocolate banana flavors. My milkshake was ready pretty quickly, with whipped cream and cherry on top and everything. HOWEVER, the looks DIDNOT match the taste. I felt like somebody literally took milk, dripped Hershey’s chocolate sauce in it and just mixed it up. I don’t know what I expected from a milkshake in an airport, but this definitely was not it.

Ordered the«large» chili bowl. looked rather small. Asked to see the«regular» cup. and that was tiny :) Sad to say that $ 8 and 10 minutes later, I was still hungry. just went to the five guys and got a regular fries and THAT was more than what Ben’s chili offers for so much more money…

I will never give this place my business again. I purchased a hot dog and a side of chili. The hot dog was advertised as full size but was smart than my iPhone. It was cold in the center, and overall incredibly low quality. For $ 7, I expected much more. I ate my hot dog before I attempted to eat the chili. It took only one minute to eat the hot dog. Within one minute, the surface of the chili was covered with a thick, bubbly, filmy layer of brownish black oil. I’m assuming that the chili was cooked with bad oil and it rose to the surface of the bowl when it settled. It was absolutely disgusting. There is no way that I would ever eat that. It didn’t look edible. I will never come back here again. It’s overpriced and they serve you food that’s barely edible. Save your money and your bowels from this terrible place.

For airport fare Bens is a great choice. The folks working there are friendly and helpful and service is prompt and courteous. I ordered a chocolate shake and chilli cheese fries. Not diet food but awesome yum that is worth the splurge. Fries were hit and crisp. Cheese was that liquid questionable origin stuff but tasty. The chilli is the star. Just enough spice to remind you it’s famous but doesn’t take a layer of your throat with the heat. Clean and bright with a retro 50s diner look complete with counter stools. You get a buzzer after you order and time to wait is minimal. I sat at the counter and found out later you could order from there too but there was not s line and since it was my first time I was staring at the menu a bit. Although the menu is limited it has enough variety to suit most folks. Hot dogs of beef and pork or turkey. Beef burgers. Chilli of course but also salad and veggie patties plus those awesome shakes. Located next to terminal B security line it’s a great«last meal» before braving the TSA.
