Bini’s Ironwork

The handrail Bini’s put in leading from steps near the sidewalk to my front porch is fabulous! I asked their guy to match an outward curve in the landing and it was beautifully done. He recommended a slight change to ensure sturdiness and even left to find a bigger grab knob when I asked. He came on time, worked efficiently and expertly (and left no mess). He even went the extra mile by doing a quick welding job for me on a metal porch chair that was broken. I often am disappointed with contractors. They seem to always screw up something. Not Bini’s. Also the price was reasonable and was lower than two other bids. I was really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

These guys did fantastic work! I had a railing that had been knocked off my 120 year old house and they came out, fixed the railing, and did additional work beyond what we agreed for no additional money. Very professional. My one complaint is that they took a while to get ahold of, but they showed up when they said they would and did the work expertly!

I called Bini’s when the automatic gate they installed stopped working. I called several times & left several messages. No one ever answers the phone & no one has ever responded to the numerous messages I’ve left. I will not be wasting my time calling Bini’s again.

I highly recommend them, they are extremely professional and friendly. I used them many times and on every occasion i was satisfied with their job.

Bini’s Ironwork did a beautiful job of replacing my front railing and they did it at a great price. It wasn’t easy to get on their schedule, but they were worth the wait and I’ll definitely use them again.

Bini and his team did a great job fixing my iron gate a few weeks ago. One of Bini’s representatives came by to give me a quote the same day I called, and he quoted me half what the other contractor quoted. Half! The price was very reasonable. They showed up on the appointed day and fixed up in about 15 minutes what had seemed to me for months like an impossible problem. I have waited a few weeks to write this review in case something went wrong with the gate, but so far it still looks great. They also said there was a guarantee on the work, so if anything goes wrong they should be coming back to fix it at no additional cost. Overall I had a very positive experience with Bini.

I hired Bini Ironworks after reading reviews on Angie’s List. Overall very positive, but recently some negative reviews. I went ahead with them anyways because they were the ONLY company that could get the work done before I left for overseas. This was really important as I recently had a security incident at my house and I needed window bars, a security fence, and security gates installed before I left.
Mr. Bini’s partner Mr. Haile came earlier in the week to provide an esitmate and then came for installation the day before I left the country. On installation day, it was pouring rain and I wondered whether they would show up. But they did, and worked the ENTIRE DAY IN HEAVY RAIN to finish the job. Seriously, they arrived at around 10am and stayed until after 5pm. The work high quality, and they spent time explaining what they were doing and the reasons for certain minor variations.
Mr. Haile said he suspects that the negative reviews are because Mr. Bini was dealing with the serious illness of a family member, but that everything should be getting back to normal. I recommend people give this company a chance. Really, I have nothing but high praise for their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them based on my experiences.

I think that this is the first 5 star review I have provided. Bini was efficient, on time, and fair. Great prices and nothing changed. He accepts credit cards on the spot which is easy and greatly appreciated. What more can I say — good pricing, fast, easy, and the work was done right!

I called Bini on a Thursday to repair and replace my rusty iron porch and missing iron front gate. By Saturday afternoon the work was completed. Not only was the service speedy, but it was also professional, thorough and affordable. Although, Bini didn’t complete the work himself, his workers were every bit as professional as he and Bini was remarkably responsive to the several questions I had. In fact, other contractors who were giving me estimates on a patio remarked about the quality work.

Bini and his crew custom made an exterior spiral staircase and landing for me. The work, all custom, is wonderful. Bini and his crew are extremely friendly and trustworthy. Their prices are quite competitive. The only other quote I had that was cheaper was a man who didn’t have a shop or a crew, and the price difference was minimal. They took longer than promised, but delivered with flying colors. I would highly recommend.

I called Bini on a Thursday afternoon and he came by that same evening to give me an estimate. I had an existing metal security gate that needed to be enlarged for a larger door than the original and re-​installed. His estimate was quite reasonable and his customer service was outstanding! He had the door back and installed by 2pm the next day! I will definitely recommend him and be using him again!!!

I had a small hole in the landing of my iron steps due to rust. After consulting with a few other ironwork companies, I decided to go with Bini’s Ironwork because he gave me the best estimate (although all companies gave me a similar price for repair, I found the replacement costs to be greatly varied). Bini was easy to contact and returned my calls promptly. He went out to my house quickly and diagnosed the problem. The work was excellent — steps are like new and they cleaned up their entire work space. I am very pleased with the service and have recommended them to neighbors.
