Bloompop

I used Bloom Pop for our small wedding ceremony.
I had contacted them to redeem a gift certificate I had won in a silent auction in 2014. I found the ordering process with Bloom Pop very easy. However at the very end after explaining what I was looking for with the Bloom Pop representative (and receiving a contract); I received a separate phone call from the florist who was putting it all together. I didn’t mind speaking with the florist. However the additional time I spent speaking with the florist made me wonder why I had several calls with Bloom Pop?
I would use Bloom Pop again because the flowers arrived when they said they would and they looked beautiful (better than I expected). I took/​donated them to church the next day and people kept asking where the flowers came from?
However, I cannot give the Bloom Pop a 4 star rating because although I appreciate billing me after the fact; I did not appreciate being billed 2 weeks after the delivery/​event. It makes it difficult to budget for something when you don’t know when money is going to be withdrawn. (I was originally told the charge would appear 2 to 3 days after our ceremony.)
