I first called them and informed them I had 2 camera speeding tickets for $ 125 each. I was immediately told, we can challenge them for $ 75 each. I was told to reschedule my court date as the lawyer would be out of town. I attempted to but the DMV does not allow for changed court dates for these types of tickets, being a traffic attorney, they should have know this. I called them to say I couldn’t reschedule and was told to review my tickets and see if my plates were clearly visible to the camera and to call back to discuss options. I called back and left two messages and never got a call back. Very unprofessional to not call me back. Court date came, and I just paid my tickets. I Called the office again on the day of court and the woman that answered could have cared less that I never got a call back. I would NEVER work with these people. AVOID and find a professional attorney that actually communicates effectively.

I went to Horace Bradshaw when I got a DC speeding ticket. He charges only $ 100 and he goes to court for you. Traffic law is his specialty. You fill out a form saying what happened, submit your $ 100 and he does the rest.
He knows all the hearing officers and many of the police. He can be difficult to get a hold of, but he knows traffic law. His office is not fancy, but I would not expect that with a lawyer that charges $ 100.
When I hired him, the officer did not show up for trial, so the ticket was thrown out. I do not know if the officer would not have shown up had I appeared myself, or if the officer saw he was representing me and decided it wasn’t worth the grief of having to argue the ticket.
Either way, it was $ 100 well spent. There are no guarantees with legal matters, and if the $ 100 reduced the chance of me having a ticket on my record, it was worth it for me.
