Update at bottom:
Brian Davis screwed me over by not filing my taxes on time (even after the extension). I was contact by the IRS and DC gov with penalties in excess of $ 4,000 due to this oversight.
I know he had a fire in the old Fragers building that put him back a bit, but my main problem was that he lied when he told me in no uncertain terms that it’s was ok to not pay by the deadline. Now my 2012 and 2013 filings are all messed up and I’m stuck with a massive bill from the IRS and DC Gov.
Proceed at your own risk.
UPDATE: After seeing this review, Mr. Davis reached out to me, and while admitting no fault, agreed to help me clear things up with DC. He must have some good connections within city council because after working with then I received a letter in the mail forgiving all of the penalties and fees.
