We booked a private two hour event with Ismael as part of our Bachelorette party activities. And we are so happy we did! Ismael was great and let us have our fun while also keeping us on track with the class activities. He made the whole process very interactive and had several touches which made this a memorable experience. We made a bunch of delicious chocolates and even more wonderful memories. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun creative.activity.

I love Chocotenango and its owner, Ismael. His chocolate is as warm and delightful as he is, and it’s fantastic that his customers are able to experience him and his story.

We took a chocolate class with the wonderful Ismael! He showed us how chocolate is made-​from «bean to bar» and then showed us how to make mint chocolate truffles. Not only was Ismael incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also a really fun teacher. We also LOVE his chocolate, and end up getting a least a few pieces when we are at the Bethesda Farmer’s Market on Sundays!
