Generally getting shoes repaired here is great, but only if the store actually opens on time! Got here at 8 am when they were supposed to be open to pick up shoes and the gate was still down, called the location and the guy said he was in the basement doing something…15 minutes later I’m still standing here, not great customer service in my opinion, especially on a Monday morning when I need my order! And even worse that he knows I’m outside! Not happy
