I serve as the vice president of my condo association, and we partnered with Concord to renovate and repair our building’s roof-​top deck. The team did a fantastic job. They thoroughly met my expectations with regard to design, quality, craftsmanship, timeliness, and professionalism. Throughout the process, Brian Keefer kept us up to date via email, and was extremely responsive. The project consisted of removing the existing deck flooring/​rails/​steps, and replacing it with new composite deck flooring, new rails, and adding in built in benches. The built in seating is a very nice enhancement to the deck, and they were very thoughtful with the design by angling both the backs and seating. The end product looks amazing. Overall, very pleased. I will definitely reach out to Concord again for future projects.
