Great price and cleaning and excellent customer service! My husband uses this cleaners when he travels to Washington, DC. Recently my husband returned home to CT from business in Washington, DC and realized he had left one of his favorite shirts at this cleaners. When I called the cleaners the employee was so helpful!

Simply awesome.
I just moved to the neighborhood a month ago and these folks are legit. Excellent customer service. Helpful, polite and accommodating to the customers needs. As an example: I received personalized text updates regarding issues that arose with my wife’s wedding gown, and advice on how to resolve it.
They are more expensive than my previous cleaner, Zips. Congressional Cleaners charges $ 4 a piece to Zips $ 2. However, the service and quality is well worth the difference (I trust them far more to not tear my suit), AND shirts are actually cheaper. If you do 5 or more they are about dollar a piece, vs. Zips $ 1.29.

Since moving to the neighborhood, I’ve taken many things there for dry cleaning as well as hemming and I’ve always been very pleased with the service, prices and the cleaning itself. As others have mentioned, the staff is extremely friendly and kind. Prices are more than fair (I’ve been surprised at how low they are on more than one occasion). I would definitely recommend giving this mom and pop shop a chance!

I like this place a lot. The prices are fair, and the man who works here could not be nicer. He is friendly, attentive, and does his best to accommodate you. These folks are prone to quick turnarounds on their cleanings, and I’m glad to have them on Capitol Hill.

Love this place, no frills, no hassles, nothing but clean clothes and good prices, the only thing I want in a dry cleaners.
I’ve been using them for a few months now, and they’ve always returned my clothes really well cleaned, collars white again, starch at the right level, and the wife’s dresses just how she wants them so we’re more than happy.
Plus, if you bring 5 shirts in at once, it’s only $ 5, which is a great deal. They also have a pretty quick turn around, drop off Wednesday, pick up Friday afternoon.
And while the gentleman working there, who’s Korean, struggles a little with English, he’s really friendly, and always plays with the dog we bring with. Plus, he fixed up my blown out pants that seem to have shrunk, since there’s no way I got fat… for free, which I always appreciate and just makes me more likely to return again…
