Do not go here!!! They lost a whole bunch of my dry cleaning, including shirts and dress pants. The owner, an elderly Asian gentleman, screamed like a maniac at me and was extremely rude. If you don’t want to lose all your dry cleaning, avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been here a couple times and I love it. They do a terrific job dry cleaning my professional clothes, they have very reasonable prices, and top-​notch customer service. Dropping off and picking up clothes is very easy and quick. I’d definitely recommend this place.

As a first-​time customer, I’m very impressed with the speed, accuracy, and price of Cosmo. It’s very close to Federal Center SW metro (and a whole bunch of federal office buildings), so I expected to have to wait in line, but that was not the case. They were able to take my suit, have it cleaned within 48 hours (they do have a «in by 9am, out by 5pm policy, but I arrived closer to 10am that day so I missed out). I was also very pleasantly surprised with the $ 6.98 cost of cleaning a woman’s suit. The male who took my garments in originally and the female who was there when I picked them up were both very polite, full of smiles, and enjoyable. I definitely plan to be back.
Tip: they do accept credit cards; however, the charge has to be over $ 10.

Friendly staff, low price and good service make this a good place to go for dry cleaning. Parking nearby can be a bit hard to find and it’s not open on the weekends, but otherwise a good bet for a dry cleaners.

Tried out Cosmo’s for the first time this past week and feel that the price can’t be beat: $ 2.99 for all «short» items (shirts, sweaters, pants, I think …) and $ 4.99 for «long» (dresses, coats…). And my «fancy dress» was $ 7.99. Still, I took 5 dresses and one pant and cleared out of there for about $ 32, including tax. The clothing was ready for me less than 24 hours later, indeed sooner than promised.
The woman working the register — I presume an owner — was friendly and warmly thanked me for my business when she typed in my number and realized I was a new customer. When I walked in she’d been gently chiding a man for paying his less than $ 5 bill with a credit card, but somehow still very nicely and told him not to worry about it when he tried to apologize. The man handing me my order the next day was equally as pleasant.

I have been using Cosmo Cleaners for more than a year, and my clothing has been cleaned well. Still paying half as much as I was at another cleaner, so I am a pretty satisfied customer!

So, I have eco-​guilt about using this cleaner, but it’s walking distance from my house and OH SO CHEAP. Each piece is $ 3, so a suit was $ 6. Nice people manning the shop, and all was in order when I picked up. I found out that they don’t take Discover card, but I should not be surprised by that.
