D&D is downright atrocious. I paid for a full re-​sole of a pair of leather dress shoes, but got back a rubber heel and black soles that were already cracked. The leather lining on the inside of one of the shoes I got back was peeling off, and he refused to give me any discount on the work he did.
They advertise in the store that they do leather re-​soles with a leather heel, but I was told after the fact that they only replace with rubber heels. I now have to take them to another location to get them re-​soled.
Bottom line: do not trust them with your shoes, and do not give them your business.

This guy ruined one half of a favorite pair of boots and refused to fix it. He was also extremely rude when I asked him to fix it. I’ll never go back again.
