Great bootcamp. I did this for one 6-week series and loved it through an Amazon Local deal. The instructor (I cannot remember his name right now) was fantastic and since it was all women, I found it to be an even better class. I felt comfortable early and it pushed me so much. I found muscles hurting that I didn’t even know I had. Also having it a block from my house didn’t hurt either…

I’ve now done 2 sessions of Adventure Boot Camp (I purchased 6 sessions through Groupon). The address listed above (801 7^th St SW) is for Jefferson Junior High School where the camp is held weekday mornings from 6:05 am — 7:05 am. The mailing address for the boot camp is: PO BOX 77 221, WASHINGTON, DC 20 013.
The sessions themselves are a GREAT workout and definitely push you to the limit. You’re never pushed beyond that and they remind you to do what you can. The camp runs for 6 weeks and you have the option to do a 3 or 4 or 5 day/week program.
After today’s session (Wednesdays is cardio), my legs (especially my quads) are killing me, but I can already feel myself getting more fit!
