Dell is awesome! For the first time in my life, I don’t feel helpless against the scale! Dell taught me to focus more on proper nutrition, balanced with cardio and weight training. He stressed to me that the true indication of weight loss is not only gauged be the number on the scale, but encompasses the reduction of pounds and body fat. Dell is a tough trainer, but very patient, non-​intimidating, and most of all encouraging. In my first month, I am very pleased because I have increased strength, lost pounds and body fat, increased stamina, and my body is starting to feel more toned and tightened. I originally found Dell through LivingSocial and within the first month I saw results. I have continued to train with him and it is totally worth it. He is amazing! He really knows his stuff. I started training with Dell about a month ago based on Unilocal Reviews and I have not been disappointed. This isn’t my first personal trainer and I have only had two good trainers and Dell is one of them. He is attention-​detailed and passionate. The workouts are challenging but he’s encouraging. I like the atmosphere at his space. People are friendly and focus on working out. I have already seen results and my colleagues have noticed too. I highly recommend Dell.

There is a reason people go to Dell. He is a personal trainer who will get you results much faster than you would ever get them at a gym. He is tough and will work with you to develop a plan to meet your weight loss and fitness goals and will always keep you accountable. Firm, but professional, Dell genuinely wants the best for his clients. He jam-​packs his hour-​long sessions with exercises that will push you harder than you thought you could go and is always willing to work around busy work schedules. I have been seeing Dell for two months and already have had to get most of my pants taken in and have had to shop for a smaller jeans size — not a bad problem to have!
My favorite thing about Dell is that he also works with you to keep you accountable about nutrition. He is extremely knowledgable, and training sessions also double as education sessions about weight loss and wellness. I have changed the way I eat since seeing dell and not only look much better, but genuinely feel better too. I can’t wait to continue working with Dell and seeing what goals I can hit!

«I first met Dell (November 2010), I was 24 lbs over my weight in 2007. When I started personal fitness training with Dell in 2010, I lost 24 lbs by meeting with him twice per week. Dell also fitness-​coached me on how to change my diet and on how to get back on track if I fall off the wagon. I am always challenged when I fitness-​train with Dell because he keeps changing the personal training routines and adjusts them as I get stronger!
In 2013, I became a returning client with Dell, because I regained 20lbs due to several challenges that involved exams, classes, and a full-​time job that took up my motivation for exercise and a lot of my time. I just returned to personal train with Dell a month ago. Dell is more than just an outstanding personal trainer! He helped repair my left shoulder that has been bothering me for over two years. I began training with Dell right after the New Year to jump start my fitness routine. Having not really worked out much in the past, Dell worked with me on cardo and weightlifting exercises that I could continue to maintain for the future. Dell is friendly to work with and dedicated to making sure you see the results you want. I would recommend using him if no matter what your fitness level may be.

Dell has been my trainer for almost 2 years, and I have been very happy working with him. He really listens to my concerns and focuses on my individual needs. I lost about 10 pounds and I feel stronger. I recommend him to anyone who wants to look and feel better.

You Get What You Put In…
I AM LAZY. I would rather snuggle up on the sofa than go to the gym. I envy those who love working out daily. I am a person that needs to «report» into a trainer to make me go regularly. It’s good motivation when your money is going to a trainer ;)
My situation is that I want to increase strength, posture, flexibility and just get toned, I don’t really need to lose weight.
I started with Dell about 2 months ago to get my (over 30) butt in gear, myyyy…, things have changed once I got to the «over 30 hill!» I really like Dell’s dozens and dozens of routines.
I also realize that you get what you put in. Sometimes I’m feeling über lazy and I don’t necessarily give 110%. That’s when I feel bad because I don’t want to waste Dell’s time. Dell is such a likeable guy/​trainer, for me that weighs high when choosing a trainer. The center Dell trains at have various other trainers, some are meatheads (not judging… ok…judging). Dell is the coolest guy there. I also like that Dell is flexible with my schedule.
I have been recommending Dell to my friends, and would have no hesitation recommending him to you! Just go see him for 1 session and you’ll see what I’m talking about!

Dell is such a good trainer, that I hate to admit that my husband initially found him and not I. At the time of this review, I’ve been working with Dell for 2.5 months. I’ve lost weight, gotten toned, and had to buy a whole new wardrobe that I anticipate I might need to replace again in a couple months.
I leave every session soaked in sweat, worn out, and exhilarated all at the same time. You know how people talk about a runner’s high and (ahem, crap) like that. Well, I sorta get it. now I work about 4x harder with Dell than any other workout and am beat when I’m done, but when I walk out I feel like I could go run 2 miles.
Without any discussion about my problem areas — simply my goals, Dell has begun eliminating my genetic faults — particularly my thunder thighs and belly. After 4 weeks, I Iooked down and didn’t recognize my shape. He is adept at knowing when to adjust the intensity, build up to a new skill or if you’ve had a bad week. He recognizes the difficulty, works on it without being patronizing, and moves on. I cannot believe how many new workouts he can come up with for me; I have yet to get bored and I’m not sure I ever will. Plus, Dell is smart, engaged and can keep the conversation flowing during the workout on nutrition, current events, music, you name it.
He’s incredibly flexible about scheduling — and will work you into to a workout whenever possible and with a workout partner that makes sense. I also love that he trains everyone — all shapes, sizes, ages, and goals. I’ve even trained with folks trying to gain weight.
I want to keep this review balanced, so I’m sitting here wracking my brain for something less positive to say and absolutely nothing is coming to mind. Nothing. Sorry, but Dell is just fantastic and worth every penny.

Great Trainer! I have worked with trainers in the past and never found one as great as Dell. He is accommodating to your schedule and works diligently to meet your fitness goals. I have lost weight as well as body fat percentage. I look more tone and all my friends and family have noticed as well. He has also helped me implement a healthy food routine to help me meet my weight goals. All around great comprehensive training!

I found out about Dell Fitness through a Gilt City Promotion. He is GREAT! I have been training with him for a while and each time I gain more insight about ways I can improve my overall health and physical wellness. Dell is attentive to any questions or concerns you have and easy to work with. Parking can be found on the street or nearby parking garages. I would definitely recommend Dell to anyone wanting to get back into shape under a great coach.

I competed in pageants when I was younger, so I had a lot of experience with personal trainers, but Dell was hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He was attentive of my desires to tone my abs and arms. He pushed me during each visit to get great results. I also want to grow my hair, and he gave me nutritional advice to help me improve my hair texture and skin. I can’t say enough great things about Dell. He gets the job done!
