Credit unions in general tend to be better than other banks in my opinion and this is a great example. After 4 years with the worst bank on earth (Bank of America), it’s great to have a bank that actually tries to help you. I’m not constantly slapped with fees for little things and even when I am, they clearly explain why and how to prevent it. The customer service for the most part is really good, although there are a few bad apples. The hours are a little tough, but that’s typical for a small credit union. Their online banking services are also on par with bigger banks so you’re not really sacrificing anything. Highly recommended, especially if you work for DOC.
