Wouldn’t recommend. Poor communication both in terms of scheduling/​keeping appointments and in terms of scope of work/​recommendations/​info. Have zero respect for your time. Not at all detail oriented, they’ll do «quick and cheap» multiple times rather than do it right the first time. As a client you’re forced to monitor everything they do and give pushback along the way if you want a halfway decent outcome. Frustrated/​disappointed.

I don’t know much about this company, although they are developing the site on the corner of K & 3rd NE. It’s a house that they built from scratch. I was very disappointing to see their choice of siding. A number of people in have come to me personally and discussed it on our neighborhood discussion board. I strongly believe it was a poor decision for ROI and the neighborhood’s look. I watch everything that is bought and sold in the hood and can say with authority that it was a short sighted decision. I told them this when they started and they chose to ignore it. I hope they learn from the mistake.

Before we moved into our house, we knew that we needed a lot of things fixed right away: the roof, the back gate, a couple things around the house. Despite the fact that most contractors are hard to get in touch with and take a while to get around to coming to your house, Utku of Dila Construction was extremely responsive and was there at our house less than a week after we moved in to evaluate everything and give us estimates. He was really easy to get in touch with, and extremely flexible with the work that we needed done. I would highly recommend Utku and his construction business if you want someone who is reliable, responsive and flexible.
