Excellent time. We called after finishing up another tour early. Driver met us at a starbucks that we were at. Very informative. Fun end to the night. The driver called us a cab so we did not need to flag one down. I would suggest calling here first oth er pelicans did not even answer the phone

We did a pedicab tour around DC. The driver picked us up at our hotel. She was informative and took us around to the sights. We had 2 teenagers and 2 normal size adults and it was tight. We managed with one person scooted up leaning forward making more room for the others. It was fun and I would recommend.

Had a night tour scheduled and the driver showed up, discovered she had never done a night tour. YIKES! She was unsure about the route to take, had trouble pedalling up the slightest of inclines, and confused about which way to the next monument. When the Secret Service closed roads surrounding the White House, she had no idea of a workaround to get us back to our hotel. Driver admitted she hadn’t been doing this long and really needed to study a map. Yea, that would have been nice when I’m paying you $ 75/​hour + tip (cash only, per owner).

Had a wonderful tour with Gabe yesterday. He has the coolest pedi can on the mall with LED lights and music. He has a great attitude and allot of energy! He is also Romanian if you need a tour in Romanian ;)

My friends and I went for a ride with shaady. She was super nice. There were three of us and thought she would have trouble but she drove us around like a champ! Girl power! Ha ha I will definitely be looking for these guys next time we’re in the area.

My Dad and I had the time of our lives with Bogi as he drove us around to see the Christmas lights downtown. He gave us an «insider’s» tour of DC, played Christmas music and didn’t mind Dad and I belting out all the songs, and was just a lot of fun to hang out with. I have been telling everyone I know to go online and sign up for a tour. You won’t regret it!

We spotted a pink pedicab and talked with the driver for a while. We badly wanted to go for a ride but actually didn’t as we had to run off somewhere else but had a great conversation with Bodey, the driver, who said for us to call and set up a ride sometime, like for a special occasion or something. He also offered to see if our wheelchair using family member would fit on, saying the wheelchair could fold onto the back! Full marks for offering! We’re thinking about what looks like total fun!

These guys were great! They were professional on the phone for booking and setting a meet time/​location for a PM monument tour and Bogi our guide/​driver was awesome. My wife, 5.5 year old daughter and I loved it. Good stuff!

Do not sign up for this tour!!! The owner Shaady is so unprofessional… we signed up for a tour and prepaid ($ 95). Was told to meet at a specific location and no one ever showed up. No one called. I called 7+ times and no answer. No return call. Finally 2 days later I got a call from a «drunk/​high» sounding Shaady asking if I had a tour scheduled!!! Yes, I did and why was I not contacted if it was cancelled or they couldn’t find me? We waited for 45 minutes. I demanded a refund and then was told system was down and to call back on Monday. Called Monday, left message. no answer, no return call. Called Tuesday, Wednesday… no call, no return call. Finally got a hold of her on Thursday and refund was issued. Absolutely no apology for our inconvenience and wasted time. DO NOT sign up for this!!!

I haven’t even gone on this tour yet and already I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt with three stars. I’m planning a first time trip to DC next month and have been trying to book this for a week. I had to call three times before I could talk to somebody, never once getting a returned call. Finally talked to Shaady (?) today who was pretty unprofessional on the phone, acting like I was a bother. Based on other reviews, I’m hesitant about how my pedicab tour will go. Hopefully I can update this review with more stars but if I had read the other reviews first, I likely would not have booked with them.

My Girlfriend and I recently used Shaadi and her Pedal Cab in Pittsburgh, PA. We had a blast. Shaadi was very personable and funny. She did trivia with us on the way to our destination, which was quite fun. She even gave us a prize at the end of the ride. When we are back in Pittsburgh again, we will certainly use Shaadi and her pedal cab to get around.

Let’s start this off with SKIP THIS! We had a groupon for the booze cruise pedicab. The start time was supposed to be noon, had to text them at 12:15 to see where they were. They called back and said the guy got a flat tire and if we could move the tour until 1. We weren’t in a hurry, so that was fine, we were just able to get Starbucks next door. When the actual guy showed up, he had no clue what we were even doing and told us that he had just gotten the call to come take us. The owner then showed up in a car, threw us a small warm bottle of boxed wine and sent us on our way. The actual guide was awful. He didn’t have a clue what anything was, I am not sure if he even knew the difference between the Capitol and the White House. You should really SKIP THIS!

Had a great experience last week with Jon. Note that we did not arrange a tour. We just happened to be walking toward the Lincoln Memorial and were behind schedule with a flight out of DC looming. Jon offered us a ride which saved us a lot of time and also gave us a running commentary of the passing sights. Also took us all the way back to the hotel uphill with some rain. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I recently took the «DC Wonderland Booze Cruise» wine tour. We were guided by Alex, our wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide, outside of the Starbucks at 7th and E promptly at our pick-​up time. We decided on the Lincoln history tour, which did not disappoint.
We learned much about Lincoln’s past, saw Ford’s Theatre, the alleyway John Wilkes Booth escaped from after assassinating President Lincoln, the house where Lincoln died, Chinatown, and various other landmarks of the city. Our guide also quizzed us with some fun trivia on the way.
Alex didn’t mind conveniently dropping us off in time for our dinner reservation at the end of the tour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an interesting, one-​of-​a-​kind historical and romantic tour of the city.

We had such a great ride around Chinatown on the Abe Lincoln history tour that we went on another ride with Alex immediately over to the memorials at night! I sure hope Shaady and Alex keep rocking these tours at Discover DC!

Destination DC pedicab is definitely a unique experience. My tour guide Shaady cares to show her clients what exactly they like to see from DC. I also found their website very useful & informative. Keep up the good work !!!

Unique way to see D.C. Our driver «Alex» was excellent and provided a running commentary of the sights as we went through D.C. to areas we couldn’t hardly drive to. If we wanted to see something special, we did and it was really a great tour.
We took a 2 hour tour, which was about right, especially in the cold weather!
