If there was a negative number to rate this company, I would do it. Like the previous reviewer, I also bought a «deal» through a Groupon-like offer. I called the number to arrange the cleaning and clearly woke the guy up on the other end of the phone. That worried me but I went ahead and made the appointment for almost a month in future. Two weeks later, I had a conflict and attempted to call the company to reschedule. The main office number was disconnected(?) and the mobile number(from their nice website, go figure) went directly to a full mailbox. Up until the day of my conflict(and our originally scheduled appointment), I never was able to reach them. I told the management of my building to keep an eye out — but, of course, Divinity never showed. Note, also, they never once called me to confirm. I called the«Groupon» service and they refunded my money promptly and without fuss. They also took a report on Divinity. I have two primary problems with Divinity. The first is the terrible unprofessionalism of the one time I did reach someone and then their communication system that is almost comical. The second is their complete lack of follow up and any sort of job performance ATALL. I’m baffled.

First of all I would like to say that I have Never dealt with a company so unprofessional in my life. I purchased a deal they had advertised and it took a month and ½ for me to even get an appointment. When you call they answer the phone Hello in stead of saying the company name(both times). Then they tell me, on the day of my appointment, that they can’t come out because of the rain! REALLY! I took all the trouble of taking everything out of my living room so they can do their job easily and this what happens! I am beyond Pissed right now! They need to stick with cleaning for themselves if they can do that right because for them dealing with the public is a NONO!!! DON’T DOIT!!!
