The cashier was extremely rude. she didn’t even greet me; rather she asked what you want? Then I asked her if she has any cream cheese and she asked what kind of bagel, I told her I just want the cream cheese… And her question was«how are you going to eat cream cheese by itself» it’s none of her business what I’m going to do with that cream cheese if I’m paying to buy it. I was very irritate by this… Never again I’m coming back to this store to be questioned by choice.

Meh, the service is poor, but i love the coolatas, so i just put up a stone face and pay for my drink. It isn’t the cleanest place either.

I love their food, but their customer service needs to be improved. My fiancée and I recently went to Dunkin Donuts; she ordered a toasted everything bagel and cream cheese on the side. I ordered a combo #16(chicken ranch sandwich, hash brown, and medium iced coffee) on the go. The worker forget to put a knife in the bag. I asked the worker for the knife, but she told me that I will need to go back to the long line; she thought that I wanted to order more food. I had to argue, then another worker realized that I only asked for a knife. We went to work. The worker stubbornly put the cream cheese on her bagel(yes, she asked for cream cheese on the side, she likes to put it on). Basically, the worker wasted their money for the cream cheese. I took a bite of chicken ranch sandwich, but the chicken patty(inside) was still frozen. Luckily, my work has the microwave. The worker did not add the bag of hash brown; she refused to give it to me when I contacted. The bag stated«FRESHFORYOU!» but we did not get our fresh food, we got cold food… disappointed. We will go to another Dunkin Donuts.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! 24 hours = Bullshitting! Limited menu and no donuts! The vanilla chai taste shitty, bacon sandwich not at its best. I’ll never go back to this store!

Nothing wrong with the food/drinks but their cashiers(or management) could use a hand with math! The prices have skyrocketed in the past couple months. This ain’t Starbucks so I shouldn’t be spending over $ 8 for a breakfast sandwich, a handful of little hash browns, and a coffee. The posted prices don’t match the printed receipts(or the price you pay) and I feel like the employees must get an incentive to ring things up as high cost as possible. And when did the hash browns drop from 9 to just 6? That’s pretty pathetic for $ 1!

DD never cease to amaze me. Every time I give them an inch, they try to take a whole darn mile! Ive visited this location at least 20 times or more. Less often now that I no longer live in NE. To DD detriment, I have never fancied the franchise as a donut shop. Donut shops that I know and love serve fresh, warm donuts and coffee, are not franchised and don’t have drive-thrus. DD however, has never offered me fresh donut in my life, and that is unforgivable. Like many other franchises in the area, this DD has horrible customer service. You pull up to the speaker and wait… and wait… and wait. Some how or another, the the drive-thru server can never understand what you are saying, so there’s this repeating dance we do to see if we are both clear on the order, and ultimately your order is skrewed up. Breakfast sammys are usually stale or smashed when they are handed to you. For some strange reason, they don’t think you need, or should have napkins with your meal and finally, they ALWAYS run out of donuts. ALWAYS. The coffee is okay though, but the service is what nightmares are made of.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Maybe I am biased being from NY… but every single time I have come here, my order(bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin) has been screwed up! The only reason I have kept coming back is because of the convenience and my love for breakfast sandwiches in the morning. 100% of the time, I have to return my sandwich for something either being missing, cold or just the outright wrong item. It’s just a bacon egg and cheese!

It seems like they read my previous review. Seems the donuts are always fresh now. No dry ones.

How can a Dunkin’ Donuts operate without DONUTS? June 7th was National Donut Day. I and two others came here with at 11pm so admittedly late but for a 24 hour location they should have inventory at all times. Nope. Not a single donut; only 3 bran muffins were for sale. We asked when fresh donuts would be made. The employee told us between 1am and 2am. Also want to note that the gas station staff had locked the doors and walked away at this point so we had to unlock the door ourselves to get out. We had nothing better to do and wanted donuts so we decided to wait. I called at 1:30am to make sure the donuts were ready and no one answered the phone after 3 calls. We drove back over and asked for donuts and the employee told us they still had none but would make more at 3am. I asked why do they have to wait to make donuts, why did she originally tell us 1am, and why did she not answer the phone. She refused to answer and only told us to come back at 3am. *I also want to mention that we were completely sober and polite the entire time and the employee had no reason to lie or ignore us* Still wanting donuts and now on a personal vendetta, we went back the next morning. We did finally get the donuts that we wanted, but the quality was off. My donut was dry, hard, and the filling was only in one half of the donut. What is the point of a 24 hour location that doesn’t serve food 24 hours? The employee working the night shift just did not care about us as customers. I will not be returning to this location since I have to wait for the next morning to get donuts anyway.

Convenient location since it’s inside a gas station and it has a drive thru. The staff there aren’t the brightest and they move kinda slow, so don’t expect your order to come out lightening fast and just double check your order when you get it, they always seem to get something wrong, even when they repeat it to you like 5 times… It’s also kinda in a dumpy part of town but it has convenient parking, so it makes it easy to drive in and out of there.

They did not even know how to make the ice cream on their menu. They only have soft serve and the staff doesn’t speak english. Oh and they tried to charge me 5 cents for a plastic bag when I bought 4 large cans of coffee. This place is amazingly horrible.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is actually located inside(and connected to) the Citgo Gas Station. It is extremely convenient b/c it has a drive-thru that is accessible from both New York Ave & Bladensburg. They also have Baskin Robins ice cream in this place so if you have a sweet tooth, this may be a cool place for an in-and-out sweet snack, especially if you are already in the area!

My friends and I love hitting up this Dunkin’ Donuts on our way back home whenever we go to Six Flags. The donuts are nothing spectacular but they’re cheap and taste good enough, and the employees are pretty friendly. The store itself is inside of a Citgo gas station’s convenience store, but that’s no big deal. It’s in a bit of a dumpy part of town but that just makes it all the better for some odd reason. Nothing like munching on donuts while looking at old run-down buildings and a bunch of cars. Side note: for some reason there’s an ash tray on the trash can at the entrance to the convenience store. This is the same convenience store that is not 15 feet away from a bunch of gas pumps. Isn’t that supposed to be dangerous?
