If I could give this establishment a negative 1 star I would. If you are thinking about using their services, think again! They don’t know the meaning of customer service. For a company who claims to have been in business as long as they have, they don’t even provided the bare minimum of following through on calls or service. The offer of same day service is completely false. You will have to call them for every single thing they offer to do. No sense of urgency or concern just excuses and more excuses.
The loss of my loved one was made even more unbearable by using this funeral home. Once they have your payment – expect to get days of run around and excuse after excuse for why they have not gotten back to you or delivered on what was promised. Buyer BEWARE! Worst customer service ever!
