Tracy is a thoughtful and thorough acupuncturist. I had a series of complex issues which she dedicated time and attention to addressing. I found the EHA office spaces to be peaceful, calming, and extremely relaxing. I felt noticeably better each time I left Tracy’s office, and the effects carried with me. If I still lived in the DC area I’d remain a loyal client.

I have to say that Tracy can work magic. I had some problems with my calf while running and couldn’t seem to get it to heal properly. Someone recommended that I go see Tracy for acupuncture but I was a little skeptical. I went in 4 times and I can honestly say that I have not had a single problem with my calf since. I now go in occasionally just to relax and relieve some stress. thank you Tracy!

Eastern Holistic Arts has a beautiful space that is perfect for relaxing. Tracy is incredibly experienced and in touch with the needs of her clients. I always look forward to visiting her!

This is an exact copy and paste of the email I got from Eastern Holistic Arts after emailing to say that my insurance company had told me they paid EHA directly after I had already paid EHA in full. I have my credit card statement and a receipt to prove it. If this was just an oversight and EHA would like to reimburse me now, I will happily take it and explain that EHA refunded me on Unilocal.
Yes in fact we did receive payment from your insurance company, they only paid $ 45.66 which barely covers the administrative costs to send in the claim, therefore the payment you made was required to cover the services rendered on 11/​11/​2010, there will be no reimbursment of funds.

The worst acupuncture experience I’ve ever had. She rushed through my appointment and then tried to push other services on me after I told her I wasn’t interested. Also, I was charged for the appointment even though it had already been covered by my insurance. Eastern Holistic Arts is a scam.

Tracy Hackett is the most amazing and professional acupuncturist I’ve ever met. She immediately puts you at ease as she carefully explains and suggests a plan for whatever ailment you might have. She listens and cares. I have been struggling with Endometriosis as well as muscle tension and seeing her has helped my pain drastically. She is friendly and has such an instant calming effect about her. I was skeptical about acupuncture and eastern medicine and Tracy has completely changed me forever. I am blessed to be able to see her. Another plus, the environment is immaculate.

I’ve been seeing Tracy for 2 years now to treat a chronic back injury. The acupuncture treatments that she has given me have helped me regain nearly all of the sensation I lost in my back. Additionally, she is able to treat pretty much every ailment I come in with. She is also a very knowledgeable herbalist. As a professional, I know she works hard to consistently grow and is always working on refining her practice. She always spends time talking to me and getting an understanding of exactly how I am feeling. I appreciate her warmth, knowledge, and professionalism. Even though the office is tucked away, it’s always inviting. I encourage people who have never sought and people looking for a new acupuncturist to give her a try.
