I feel that their customer service has turned a corner since I originally reviewed them in 2014. (They do still ask for invasive details about your job, but are nicer about it now.)
But be wary when renting around the holidays; they were moving cars too quickly and gave us a succession of vehicles with problems: major scrapes on the driver’s side windshield, grody tobacco in the cup holders, mid-level gas tanks, and a slow-leaking tire.
They were amenable to swapping each car and grew more apologetic each time, and offered to comp us a few days of the rental. It is taking more hoop-jumping than it should to get the actual refund. But overall it was a good and reasonable response from Enterprise CUA.

When I arrived I was greeted by a nice guy. He then advised his coworker to assist me. The lady didn’t say hi, good morning, what’s up… nothing; all I got was «can I have your license». Disregarding her lack of manners, I honored her request. I asked about the refuel option which I later concluded it would be cheaper to fill the car up myself. She showed me the car I was renting and that went smooth.
The location is perfect if your car is in the repair shop next door… if that wasn’t the case I probably would have went to Hertz… perhaps all employees greet their customers there and it’s not painful

Easy pick up and drop off. Excellent customer service. 5 minutes walk from the CUA/Brookland metro station (red line). Location, right next to a collision center, makes it very convenient for those who needs rental cars.

I’ve rented from several Enterprise locations in DC. The 10^th Street NE location is by far superior in customer service. My experiences at this location have always been smooth. The processing time to pick up/drop off is no more than 5 – 10 minutes. The manager and staff are accommodating, personable and understand the value of quality customer service.

I’m never coming back here, the manager and the front desk receptionist partially return part of my rental even though I picked up my vehicle 2 days before the due date.
Next time I’m sticking to landover hills courtesy is at the upmost that anyone can think that.

I thought Ru (Rupert) and Jonathon were super nice and friendly. They picked me up where my car was in the shop and dropped me off there when it was fixed. The car was a little janky, but that was my own fault because they let me pick which one I wanted and I prefer smaller cars. Overall good experience, no complaints!

I had an amazing experience renting a car from this location. Usually I dread having to go into Hertz or Enterprise because it takes forever but this place was so fast. Also the customer service both upon renting and returning was amazing. The girls working the front desk when I returned were awesome! So nice and pleasant.

Understaffed and you are forced to wait forever! Don’t go here unless you have the entire day to spend. I had to ask for insurance and everything instead of it being offered. I should have asked to drop it off it anther location because drop off took over 40 mins then I gave up and left the keys and had to return later for the receipt. Just avoid at all cost is all I can say about this one.
