I also looked at the first review after moving here and figured I would give it a shot. Definitely won’t be going back. A silk shirt that had been shiny came back totally matted, as if there was some sort of film on it, and a dress came back with such a strong and bizarrely horrible smell around the neckline that I had to take it to be cleaned again before I could actually wear it.

Given that the other review is the only one ever written by that guy, I’m pretty sure it’s the owner’s nephew… This place is just bad. I have pointed out small food stains to them and had them come back worse than before, shirts will likely need ironing before wearing. I live on this block and have tried this three times for the convenience, but it is not worth it. Try somewhere else, this is just a poorly run operation.

This place just opened not too long ago and I love how the owner lady keeps the place so clean. I take my dress shirts once a week and they never disappoint me. If I tell them certain spots I really want them to take a closer look, they always get it done. Last week, I took my dress pants to have it altered(Hemming and making it less baggy) took them several days to do it(absolutely normal for any dry cleaners) and wow, I love the fit. I’m thinking about bringing my jeans I haven’t worn for a while since they went out of style and have it altered here. One tip I want to give out is that not all employees working here speak perfect English so some of you may think they sound rude. But it works the same way with all other asian-owned cleaners. If they sound rude, don’t take it personally. They are trying their best. :)
