I can’t thank Stephen enough for giving me my life back.
I was hobbling from a torn ACL (tendon in your knee) and about to look for work, which is a scary prospect when you appear disabled. Traditional physical therapy was not available to me, so my personal trainer directed me to him.
I was walking correctly in one session and progressing towards strength within a month. I can now run and squat over 100 pounds.
He’s able to help with a variety of issues and it amazingly capable. He’s worth your time checking out.

Stephen is a first rate trainer with deep experience and great judgement. He’s not stuck in one method or routine and brings a broad set of skills to addressing fitness and well being. He’s reliable, thoughtful and hard-​nosed about serving his clients. Big thumbs up.
