Gamer beware! Enter this establishment and risk suffering excruciating wait times, often without a greeting and marijuana fumes all while«Eddie» and«Phil» berate and/or grow inpatient with you verbally both on the phone and in person if you don’t posses the ability to read their minds.

This is the best Game Stop in the Capitol Hill area. The customer service is always top notch. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. This store always seems to have whatever game my son is looking for. They have a great selection of pre-owned games. They even have a parking lot! It is not the closest Game Stop to our house but we always come here!

This is the best Gamestop I’ve ever been to. It is a great place to go when you are browsing for a game and you want to chat about new games to get people opinions about how they actually play. I have gotten some pretty great(and candid) advice from the clerks there concerning what games I would like and which ones probably wouldn’t be good for me. In addition to the good customer service, there is a good atmosphere in the store, and its easy to strike up a conversation with any other customer about games, etc. The only problem with this place is there is usually a 5 minute wait in line once you have actually chosen something to buy. Still, I go here whenever I need a game.

I am SoOOO a gamer. I love this place. MARY, Tony, DWAIN, Calvin, Marcus, Keith, and the rest of the clan. Um can you tell I go often. You walk in and there is a sea of games begging you to take them home. I love the, «No you may not want that one», or «That has gotten great reviews, and I played it and agree». The place can get really busy from time to time but the gang is always there ready to help you. Stop by and get your game on. Oh, they always are looking to add your gamertag to their friends list.
