Georgetown Suites Harbor

Great rates.
Not the 5 star hotel, but it is located in the best spot for people who need to stay in Georgetown or DC and don’t want to spend a lot of money.
Breakfast is included which is nice too.
And my favorite part check out is at 12:30 pm.:))))))

Staff was very helpful. Parking is an insurance claim waiting to happen. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are outdated but clean. Location was good, but if you are a light sleeper request a room away from K street otherwise you will hear cars all night.

We loved our stay at Georgetown Suites, and we would stay there again. The staff was courteous and professional.
The bed was very comfortable; rooms clean and well supplied — bath robes, extra pillows and blankets, even shower caps, which we usually have to ask for at hotels.
It was quiet, off the beaten path, but still a great location.
The location is within walking distance of everything in G’town, both the harbor and M Street.

Overall my stay was just okay. The décor is a bit outdated which is surprising given the price of each room. It’s a little confusing to find as well. There are two Georgetown Suites Harbor, one down the street from the other. Why they did not differentiate between these two buildings, I have no clue. Those working the front desk were not friendly, borderline bad attitude, but those providing room service were the opposite, very courtesy. Nevertheless, the fact that it is centrally located is ideal for those wanting to explore the many shops and restaurants. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options and a large sitting area to accommodate a large party. Bottom line: although not my first choice, I would stay here again.

I was traveling for business and had a very nice experience. The only thing that did not g my way was that the fridge broke but after telling the front desk someone came to fix it rather quickly. The room I had was big and had a full kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out as much. They have a very nice continental breakfast in the morning as well. I would stay there again. It wasn’t anything too fancy but it was certainly more than sufficient.

great hotel in a great location… the rooms are very nice sized… very hard to find though… it is tucked away… its a nice get-​a-​way without getting away
