Car was dead, either the alternator or battery had quit on me. Rather than immediately towing the car like other companies might do, Sammy deduced that it was my battery, hooked up my battery to his truck and started my car. Allowed me to drive to the shop myself to get a replacement saving me both time and money.
Perfect service, will definitely use again.

Abe picked up my car with a dead battery from an underground lot in DC (what a nightmare) and during the process of retrieving my key from the hotel valet service was very patient and understanding. It was great to be able to have a nice conversation with him as I was taken down the repair shop as the whole ordeal of having your car towed can be a really stressful situation. Car was fixed the next day and still running! Thanks again and would highly recommend for any towing needs in DC!

In the process of preparing my car for a tow, Sammy realized that the problem wasn’t my starter. He gave my battery some juice and I was on my way. Sammy saved me a ton of money.

Abe came to tow my car after a DC cop and I were stranded for a couple on a of hours during rush hour on a BRIDGE because my jack was broken. The body of my car was on the ground because of the broken jack and a DC government tow truck refused to help us because of the potential for damage to my car.
With the exact same equipment as the other truck, Abe came and found a creative way to get a jack under my car without causing any damage. Then, he quickly put on the spare tire and finally ended the whole ordeal.
Abe was calm, kind, and very skilled! It was clear that he cared about doing a good job and cared that we were able to get off the bridge and home safely. If you think it’s impossible to have a tow truck operator brighten your day, Abe will prove you wrong!

Sammy from Georgetown Towing was a lifesaver! I can not say enough good things, service was speedy, company was very easy to work with. I was able to get my car to the repair shop and still make my flight on time.
