Service was horrible, when I came in the associates just walked pass me but followed me like i was going to steal something. Then when I asked for help find something she kept showing me GNC brand products, until I told her that was only interested in the brands I was looking for. Then she stopped and told me I cant help you then and walked off leaving me standing there as I am asking about a particular brand. Will never return here, not a fan of GNC now at all… this is the 3rd location I have been to and they have this buy our brand or get out attitude.

Website says it closes at 8. I come at 7:34 to find a closed door and sales associates just looking at me. They don’t even acknowledge me. There was no sign on the front with hours either.

I tend to go to this GNC fairly often, although it is not the largest GNC in the DC area. GNCs are inherently overpriced and you often get pressure sales, a reason I usually avoid GNC and buy online. But, when I need something quickly, I go to GNC. I like this GNC over the larger locations because the lady who works there is a lot nicer, isn’t so heavy with the sales, and will offer special deals occasionally. The store doesn’t have the variety that a larger location would have, but it has the most common/popular items.

This particular location of GNC is pretty well stocked. They always seem to be having a sale on the vitamins I use which is nice. While she was polite, the sales person didn’t seem to know anything about the products GNC sells. After asking about two pretty basic supplements, I gave up. If you are going to work in a vitamin store shouldn’t you know something about vitamins?!
