They were running a tad late on delivery and called me to inform me they were sorry about delays and threw in complimentary treats. What AMAZING customer service.

Great selection, terrible customer service, they substituted a product I ordered without asking. Also, the delivery person was wearing a go puff hoodie which is great marketing but he should wear a smile instead. I’ve never seen an attitude like his. It doesn’t take much to be nice to people.
