Excellent brunch, excellent value! Fresh juice, well cooked eggs and bacon, friendly staff. I would definitely return!

I love this place for grabbing lunch. Great, fresh food with lots of flavor. Decently reasonable prices, and the service can’t be beat. The owner is a great guy who is always very friendly. The Philly Burger is delicious, you have to try it.

This place is cool. It has a California and 90’s grunge vibe. They literally were playing Smashing Pumpkins concert videos on the tv. The menu is kinda small but they have good enough healthy options. My avocado toast was delicious, just what I needed after a 6-mile run. The people there are cool too. I’m glad I walked a few extra blocks over breakfast at corporates like Starbucks or Dean & DeLuca.

A convenient and reasonably-priced spot(for Georgetown, that is) to get tasty tidbits and more. The menu is kind of Happy Days meets Dairy Queen, but with more vegetables. A handful of booths and tables are available to sit at. I can usually get a seat. And if not, the wait is not that long. There is a considerable demand for take-out, so not everyone stays on the scene.
The juices, smoothies and shakes are excellent – cool cucumber and whipped strawberry lemonade are my favs. Good sammies include«chicken out» and BLT. All the burgers are respectable. The«sexy» fries and«sexy» pink dipping sauce attest to the«fun and merriment» vibe that this establishment promotes, and, for the most part, it’s successful. Nothing is pre-made, it’s all freshly done in-house. This is what helps elevate GTown Bites above its competitors. When Georgetown is overrun with tourists – which seems to be all the time now – I like stopping in to catch my breath. It’s where the old Georgetown Dinette used to be. Glad to see this place didn’t become hoity-toity; there’s enough of that in this neighborhood, that’s for sure. Am always asked if my order is pleasing to me; new ownership is making a concerted effort to see that customers leave satisfied – love that. GTown Bites is aptly named and fills a niche.

We were 3 and we had: The healthy choice breakfast(soooo great) The California burger(soooo great) The veggie wrap same :) The waitresses are very nice, it is a quiet place where you can also have awesome smoothies(berry and b&b) Just go and try you won’t be disappointed And it is also not expensive :) To sum up I highly recommend this place Thank you guys

Sexy fries and sexy sauce?!? Whaa? This place was a nice, casual, local café that was perfect for lunch and getting some work done. It’s nothing formal at all, but has pretty decent food, and a little area up front to watch the news and chow down. I recommend a stop in for a smoothie or something quick to eat to enjoy yourself and support the local community. Back to dipping my sexy fries in the sexy sauce. :)

Delicious salmon kabob! I asked the owner what he would recommend, and he was spot on with this one. Came with a fresh side salad, rice and grilled vegetables. Staff was so friendly and gave me a complimentary cup of coffee and dessert while I sat and worked on a rainy day. Highly recommend the salmon(salad, burger or kabob) and GTown Bites as a whole!

Sooooo… this place has the best VEGGIEWRAP(no, I’m not vegetarian) and GYRO’s in the DMV. I have probably had 20 wraps within s 3 month span. This place is always a great idea and never disappointing. Plus their sexy fries are also a must. The vibe is also welcoming so being friends and an appetite!!!

2.5 stars but I will round it to 3 because it’s a small business… The menu here is impressive, but it’s classic diner ambiance with the mom and pop feel in Georgetown. The place is tiny and busy. Ordering food can be done quickly, but for the staff to make your food takes more time. If you are lucky, you will have a table, if not, get it to go. Even so, it’s annoying to wait in the cramped space. I feel that the redeeming qualities of this place are the local business aspect(though so many eateries are small local businesses…) and the beverage menu of smoothies and juices. I love the green juices and the almond milk for smoothies. Yum! If in GTown needing some juice or smoothie satiation, I will be here.

One of the least satisfying meals of my life. Large pieces of chewy, tasteless chicken, served with tasteless rice and a salad that had been so drowned in lemon juice that it was hard to eat without grimacing. My friend ordered the burger and had similar feedback. We came here after seeing the good Unilocal rating and I now have serious doubts as to the authenticity of the good reviews. Avoid.

Like Huy, I also really hate to give three stars to a small business, but the food just wasn’t right for me. I’m used to diner-sized portions, and not that it wasn’t very filling, but overall, I didn’t think it was that great. I had gotten the iced tea and it tasted like water. I also got the South of the Border breakfast wrap and honestly, everything was pretty soggy and oily. Plus, the fresh pico de gallo unfortunately didn’t seem so fresh… the red onions had been soaked in so long they had turned white. I really feel bad about this, but the service was very nice. The place is also very cute with their zebra-print plates and accommodating with their space coolers for the DC humidity. Maybe I hadn’t tried their«sexy» fries or anything like that– which was really advertised all throughout the café.

I decided to come here because of the 4 star review on Unilocal.I’m not sure exactly how people came to that decision. The only thing my group enjoyed was the«sexy sauce». Everything else we ordered was bland or burnt. Not a fan.

The food at the aquent dinner/café was amazing. The chicken Quesadilla was very tasty and full of chicken. The best part was the Sexy Fries served in a basket with a pink Sexy Sauce. That was the first time I try this sauce. Aside from the fact that I love the pink color, it tasted so good. I actually told the ownder they need to jar it and sell it, and he actually does and gives it to his regular customers. You must try it. Kabob E Joojeh was full of flavor and tasted so authentic. Basmati rice was cooked to perfection. Overall, love love love this place. Dessert and coffe is a must. Diet who? I certainly forgot I was on one at this place.

I had dinner at Gtown bites last night again with friends on the back balcony. I keep going back as the food is fresh, healthy and delicious. People there, Nasser and his team, are fun and helpful. I’ve also used GTown bites to cater at home for me when I have visitors. Worth the visit. Go once and you’ll keep going back for the quality food. Teresa

Usually I don’t review a place after one visit, and I hate doing this to a new small business, but somebody needs to. This is probably the most underwhelming meal I’ve had in 3 months. I did takeout. Service was friendly and efficient… mostly. I gave my counter person the color of their«sexy sauce» and he did not give me free fries as their website states. Employees need to get trained on what promos the business is running. I was too far away to go back after I realized no fries were included. On to the actual food… Cheeseburger $ 6.95. Patty tasted Ok and was juicy enough. Unfortunately it was much smaller than the bun. I had more than ½″ to ¾″ of bun showing all the way around. This is a big NONO in the burger world. I thought they accidentally gave me one of their slider patties instead of a regular burger patty. Tomatoes were mostly tasteless, refrigerator tomatoes. Boring, small and utterly unsatisfying. Greek Salad $ 7.95. Advertised as mixed greens. What I got was iceberg lettuce with a relatively unremarkable house vinaigrette, feta cheese, some cucumbers, dolmas, kalamata olives and a pepperoncini. Usually when you order a salad TOGO the dressing is put on the side so that the salad doesn’t wilt in transport. Pay $ 3 more and get a real salad at Sweet Greens. Sexy Sauce. I know it is their hook but really nothing food related should be the color everyone knows as Pepto Bismol Pink. I’ll come back in a month or two and see if there have been improvements. If things have improved the stars go up. If they don’t, they go down. Maybe I’ll come in and get breakfast/brunch to see if they’re good at that.

This rating is only for their smoothies and dessert. I got a blueberry-banana smoothie, which tasted ok, seemed slightly watered down. I also have a slight dairy allergy so had asked what would be in the smoothie. Was told by the place that it would only have water and ice with the fruit, but it came with yogurt. The servers also took a long time to make the smoothies when there were only a couple of other people at the place at the time. My friend got what looked like a baklava which tasted overly sweet. We were also disappointed that it was made with sugar and not honey.

We came here one weekend after traipsing all over the neighborhood looking for a juice. Why is it so hard to find fresh juice in yuppie Georgetown? Anyways, we found this place after realizing that it laid behind the old, misleading façade and each ordered our green juices. We were desperate for something fresh, so we’re happy we found this place but the juices were pulpy(on purpose) which is not my favorite way to enjoy a juice. Oh well, it came close!

My roommate and I were looking for a place to eat and decided to try here. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Our food was delicious and served quickly. Not only that, but the man working gave us a free sample of fries, the signature sauce, as well as a strawberry shake. The Cali burger I had was juicy, well cooked, and very reasonably priced. The server was incredibly friendly and needless to say, we are definitely returning

I really enjoyed this place. The location is very quaint and they have a plethora of cheap and tasty options. I’ve only had the salads here so far but I hope to try some of their other offerings soon. Last time I had the signature salad and it was very enjoyable. I wasn’t too crazy about the dressing: it was good but I was hoping for a little bit more from a homemade vinaigrette. The sliced vegetables were very fresh and the chicken was great. Unlike the chicken used in salads at many other places(which is typically unseasoned, insipid and chewy, the chicken here is specially prepared and infused with some awesome flavor. I definitely suggest adding some to your salad. Although overall, I would recommend getting the tropical salad over the signature salad because the avocado and especially the fresh mango are solid additions, providing auxiliary flavor and texture to the salad!
