This review does not apply to all of the technicians, but there is one male employee that is extremely careless. He insisted that I use a different polish than the one I selected and did a terrible gel paint job. When I brought it to his attention, he suggested another coat even though I I complained about the color. He completely neglected my cuticles and left me looking worse than when I went in. They definitely lost a customer.
