I love this place. It’s not far and the people really take care of you. Ms. Bumbray the dental assistant is very matronly she made me feel very at ease with this being my first extraction. She took great care of me and she is such a professional with a great bedside manner. I absolutely LOVE her. Dr. Patino was very warm and kind he did the procedure very quickly and made sure I had the right meds before and after. Im not one to post reviews but if I had to have every last tooth pulled from my mouth I would be fine knowing I was in their capable hands

If there were more people like you Dr. Davidson Jr in the world… there’d be more smiles like mine! Thank you so much for my new smile that I can be proud of

I just left Hillcrest Dental Associates office less than one hour ago having a dental procedure performed and the service I received was excellent, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and there was no waiting to see Dr. Davidson Jr. as a matter of fact I was seen 20 min before my appointment. I would recommend Hillcrest Dental Association to any of my family and friends. Thanks Dr. Davidson and staff for the great service. Mr. Albert Rowell retired Paramedic.

I had a horrible experience here and would never go again. The first time I went, I was surprised at the lack of updated technology. The tools are very«ancient» in appearance. Upon cleaning my teeth, they did not scrap the plaque off of my teeth. Instead they used a small power-like water hose. They were able to find one cavity but upon going to another dentist, the other dentist found additional cavities between the teeth(I’m not the best at flossing). The rooms are not clean… there is hair on the floor, their baseboards are filthy, and the office smells. Upon attempting to go a second time(this was my mistake), the wait was very unnecessary. I probably waited 40 – 45 minutes and they still did not have an estimated time in which I would be seen. I told them that I was leaving and they just let me leave. I did not receive a call apologizing for their delay. Nothing. And please note, the office was just as dirty. How are people suppose to feel good about a dentist placing equipment into one’s mouth, if the baseboards is covered in dirt and hair? My recommendation is choose another place. They lack updated equipment to give you the best advice on your teeth and it’s not very sanitary.
