If you’re serious about finding a suit that fits your correctly and avoiding the typical DC baggy suit, get yourself over to Boss. Within two minutes of walking in Nur was taking care of me, asking me what my typical style was and what color(s) I was looking for. He pulled several options, paired them with shirts and shoes, and discussed the up/downsides to each suit and style. He also never put any pressure on me to buy. I was so pleased with the cut and color of one of the suits he pulled that I bought right there, and couldn’t be happier with how it looks and feels. If you’re looking to browse then go on the internet. If you want to try on some great suits and receive exceptional service, then I highly recommend this brand and this store.

Have stopped by many times and they always remember my size and my name. Extremely friendly and they let me try on everything without getting mad. Great customer service!

I made a quick stop in to pick up a tie bar for my boyfriend, and the 2 or 3 staff near the entrance all greeted me. One got what I needed and another helped to scrape the price tag off of the box as I was being rung up. Talk about service! They were a little overstaffed since I was the only customer in the store and there were about 5 employees there, but they put in a lot of effort to be polite and helpful. Great experience overall. Exactly what I expect from Hugo.

I strolled in there yesterday dressed like a bum while I was running some errands, but was treated like a King. For the last 10 years I’ve been in a very causual, environment in which I could wear jeans and a button up shirt every day. But with my new job I have to wear a jacket and tie. Unfortunately, I’ve had trouble finding the jacket, shirt, and tie combos that I wanted — something nice, but not too conservative. The guys at the Hugo Boss in Georgetown listened to what I wanted, picked out some great combos for me and even fed the meter on my car. It’s the best customer service I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back.

This location in Georgetown was the first retail Hugo Boss store in the United States. The staff is awesome — yes, they do want to chat, but it’s their way of getting to know every customer who walks in through the door. It’s certainly the case that they’re eager to get you to try on a suit, for the simple fact that once you have one on, it’s hard to consider buying your suit anywhere else. The suits are that amazing. Two perks of buying at Boss, unlike at, say, Brooks Brothers, is that the tailoring is an expected step and is on the house. Moreover, you will get free tailoring on your Boss suit for the next year. My boyfriend wears his Hugo Boss suit every day, is now convinced that the rest of his suits need to be tailored the way Boss does(I’m skeptical it can be accomplished), and is seriously thinking of buying another one. The one downside is the price, but when you shop at a place that’s always got a minimum of four ad pages in Vogue, that’s to be expected. If you are a slim guy, there’s no brand that understands your body type better.

Excellent customer service? Are you joking? I seriously doubt that was posted by an unbiased customer. .I came in wanting to buy and look at clothes. They offer help which is customary, but if you tell them youre just browsing, they don’t listen and just stalk the living hell out of you, commenting on what you look at, interrupting you to trying to make awkward small talk. They didn’t leave me alone so I could look at the clothes, so I had to leave the store. I’m a man. I don’t go to clothing stores to chat, I go there to buy what I need to look good. If and when I need service, input, or anything at all, I will ask for it. Watching, standing right behind me and commenting behind me as I look at clothing is not service, its an annoyance, and ignoring my request to be left to browse is rude. Also, not that I care, but they did not even address me as sir, which is in a premium boutique is pretty sad. Even in a McDonalds they address me as sir. Definitely my worst retail experience in DC.

Excellent customer service at this Hugo Boss location! My fiancé wears a suit to work every day and Hugo Boss in Georgetown is just what the doctor ordered. We’ve had bad luck with other men’s clothing chains in the past, but were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff at Hugo Boss in Georgetown is friendly, helpful, and very professional. Simon is wonderful – he has a great«eye» and will give you the royal treatment.
