IAG Passport and Visa Services

Discovered 9 days before departure that my passport had expired. The first appointment I could get to go to DC and renew was the morning of my departure to Italy. I wasn’t willing to take that chance so hired IAG to renew for me. I dropped it off at their office on Monday afternoon and it was back on Thursday! It came back even faster than they had estimated. I was thrilled! Cost was totally worth not having the stress of worrying and waiting until the last minute. Excellent customer service. Friendly and phone was answered by a live person within rings. So thankful for their prompt service!

My daughter, her friend and I were planning this trip to Brazil. It took my daughter a long time to get her passport and unfortunately, it left us very little time (two weeks) to get Visas for Brazil. I checked the Brazilian SF Consulate website, no appointments until January 15^th. That really sucked since our flight was on December 23^rd.
I called a couple of passport expediters and they said, «Sorry, you are not going to travel on the 23^rd. Forget it».
Samantha at Inter-​American Group said, «It will be close, and I can’t promise anything, but maybe we can do it». Well, Samantha moved Heaven, Earth and the Brazilian consulate to get us our Visas on the day that we traveled. We celebrated Christmas on the beach and partied in Rio for New Years!
IAG receives the Über Pure Awesomeness award and Samantha is officially cannonized at St Samantha!
