This company pledges dependability in ads and on its website, but fails to live up to its promises. On more than one occasion, Innovative Pest Management’s technician failed to show up at the appointed time. Most recently, when I scheduled to be the first appointment of the day, the company called to cancel my appointment the day before and when rescheduling, promised to arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 am. Then, on the day of my appointment, the technician called at 8:00 to tell me he was running late, due to «traffic.» If you expect your service technicians to show up in the time window promised, you will be disappointed in Innovative Pest Management.
